Had to make a last minute booking. Honestly not worth it. Located inside a small lane.looked like a residential converted to a hotel .Rooms are very claustrophobic. small window on one end of the room..Ac is in one corner of the room and the room was so suffocating. Bathroom dirty. Didn't even feel like stepping in. Towel not clean. Staff pretty good. Avoid and look for a bttr hotel in the vicinity.

I am writing from ClickParamount regarding a hotel where we had booked a room for our client, for which we had made an advance payment. The hotel canceled the room at the last moment, citing the reason that they are undergoing renovation. Now, neither is the hotel providing a refund nor responding to any emails or calls. They insist on receiving the payment from the client before check-in, and even if there is any extra amount, as small as 50/-, it is held back from the client. However, when it comes to our payment, their response goes silent for 4/5 months.

The place is very hygienic. it was really relaxing and the staff were very helpful and humble. Mr Kailash was really cooperative during my stay. The facilities are also good. the food was great and delicious.

Very good hotel at a reasonable price. We liked the clean room, friendliness of the staff and the yummy breakfast. Parking possibility right in front of the hotel with no hight restriction, which was important for us. Also Close to ***y good restaurants and shops.

The staff at the hotel are all amazing, especially the ***ager, Siva, who is a helpful super star! Thank you! The only complaint I have is about the bedroom doors. There should be a way to prevent doors from slamming so loudly. It is very loud and some people slam the doors extra hard. It doesn’t help that there is such a loud echo in the corridor. The room was clean and the food at the restaurant was yummy! The location is not too convenient for airport, train station and temple. But, Uber available, so you just need to plan to make sure you reach on time!

This hotel is one of the best in Kora***gala I stayed there for 2 nights and I must say all services exceeded my expectations the rooms were cozy neat and tidy the food which I ordered from room service was good Though I didn't try the breakfast.Mr rai I cannot remember his full name helped me a lot during my stay and made me feel like home.

They say: This is a part of the Royal Orchid Group - Never plan to stay here, crucial points to be ready before you finalise to stay here as below: 1. No water in the hotel, either the water tanker is on the way or the water motor is damaged which would be repaired while you wait to see water running in taps. Nightmare to use bathrooms as pure black dirt floats everywhere! 2. While the water drips, it is pure black water that flushes out which shall make your feel that you are quenching for droplets of transparency. 3. The linens are damaged and torn, threads are hanging everywhere be it towels, napkins, pillow cushions etc. 4. The minibar fridge is a showpiece which sits at a room temperature and never gets chilled. 5. The staff are rude, they can pounce on you if you ask them for anything (Bucket of ice cold water came without a tumbler and when you ask for a tumbler, you have a round of weird expression from the hotel staff as if you have de***ded for their kidney) 6. The tubes of so called shampoo/bath gel and moisturiser can’t be opened even if you are a WWE player, while you try to flush them out please be ready that this would be spraying everywhere as the tubes can open for any angle they desire and spoil your belonging kept around. 7. Room service is a charity as they give you stingy portions (Egg fried rice/chicken chilly/toast butter/tea) The best part is that they don’t serve tea in a flask and this is served in a cup, which is delivered from their kitchen to your room and by the time the tea comes to you it is cold and with a layer of cream while you feel that it was better to go down and sip a hot beverage at a nearby tea stall. Great hospitality and ***agement. The hygiene is topmost and the rooms are spacious. Reasonable rates for the rooms with helpful staff. ***aged my extention request ,by keeping in mind the priority and importance of their customers. Would recommend this hotel to the people Ik.
