HORRIBLE ! HORRIBLE ! HORRIBLE !
UNWASHED SHEETS / BATHROOMS SMELLING OF PISS / ROOMS SMELLING OF SMOKE / LOUD MUSIC / PATHETIC SERVICE / JOKE OF A STAFF . BOOK IF YOU WANT TO PUNISH YOURSELF OR YOUR ENEMY .

Will never recommend this hotel to any one One of the most disaster hotel ever stayed Entire hotel is stinking No cleanness at all No room service Even don’t have packaged bottles drinking water No toiletries Bed lines and pillow seems like have been washed couple of months back

Please avoid booking any of the Octave properties as their condition is very poor and unhygienic. Plus the property ***agers(Mr Martin in my case) keep promising that someone is looking into the refund request with no expected resolution. Property pictures in booking sites are not the current pictures and trap customers in booking by just looking at the pictures

Extremely Unprofessional. They denied room for our guest on arrival. We needed a room from morning 8am, and the hotel checkin time was at noon. So we had to book for the previous day as well. The contact number in the booking confirmation and the website was NOT getting answered. We tried multiple times the previous days and the booking day. Finally our guest arrived on the planned day, and the staff told the room is closed as we did not come the previous day. On speaking with the staff, he was very arrogant and not ready to give the room. We were desperate, so we told we can make a new booking also if required, he still did not help and kept explaining the policy. He told he cannot do anything without speaking with ***ager, when asked to connect us with ***ager, he gave the phone back to our guest. Later when we went to the hotel and the ***ager admitted that this was a fault with the system and the staff and agreed to refund. But after we returned, the ***ager has gone back on his word and id refusing refund. Regret having booked this hotel.

Good invested hotel with almost all the amenities. Though its 15 years old still holds good. Friendly staff but don't expect hyper corporate staff, but very friendly and helpful staff. You can come and support them.

Except for the location, nothing is good about this hotel. They charge you heavily for everything but in return you get nothing. A dharamshala is way better than this so called hotel. You keep calling the reception for small little requirements but they won't come up to you to help. The young guy at the reception is arrogant and completely ***nerless, who has no clue about what hospitality is. The members from different departments keep blaming each other for delay in service or response. Our rooms were booked as a part of a function, on asking for extra bed, he asked to pay right away for the same. There are numerous events happening in the banquet, but the food there was icey cold. The service was poor there too. If you take vegetable, you keep waiting for chapati, if you take idli, keep waiting for sambhar and so on. At the end, they expected some tip, what for.... Sleep in railway station's waiting room, but not this hotel. Horrible experience, never ever go there.

Not happy with the property. They don't have a kitchen/restaurant in the hotel. We had to order every meal from swiggy or eat outside. They didn't even have a provision for tea/coffee (not everyone likes tea/coffee made in kettle). We booked a deluxe room, but room size was not upto the mark. They don't even provide hand towels.

Worst ever (& i mean it) experience. I booked a suite, got a suite full of cockroaches, foul smell & dirty linen. Even the alternative suite offered was equally bad. Then shifted to normal room (no co****sation by the hotel) to survive in hotel but that too really bad. Full of dirt & then housekeeping refusing to oblige as they r busy in clening rooms which are due for check in.. Looks like their employees have formed an union to ensure that hotel shuts down because of customer feedback. Even the reception is full of spider webs all around, real shocker..

Hotel doesn't deserve even 3 stars. Room size is okay, but maintenance and housekeeping is very poor. Insects, cockroaches in bathroom. No room service. Rude behaviour also. Location is good though. They will rudely say no for checkin unless you pay 100% payment before checkin. Not even rs 100 less. Overall a 2 star rating.
