⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Our first time in India, and what an amazing stay at The Chancery Hotel! I stayed here with a group of 6 students, and from the moment we arrived, we were treated with top-class hospitality. The staff welcomed us with smiles, opened doors, helped with our luggage, and personally delivered everything right to our room doors — truly impressive service from start to finish. The rooms are quiet, clean, and super comfortable. Great beds, modern bathrooms, and even a bathtub to relax after a long day — everything was just perfect. Breakfast was another highlight! A wide selection of Indian food and Japanese options too — such a pleasant surprise and absolutely delicious. There’s also a gym in the hotel, perfect for burning off all the good food 😂💪. Location-wise, it doesn’t get better than this. MG Road is within walking distance, with plenty of restaurants, shops, and malls nearby. Eating, shopping, and moving around were all super convenient. Overall, The Chancery Hotel is trustworthy, great value for money, and highly recommended. A huge shout-out to all the staff — from the entrance, front desk, restaurant, to housekeeping — every single one of you was friendly, professional, and always smiling 👍👏. Management, you truly have a wonderful team… they deserve a raise! 😄 Thank you for making our first experience in India such a memorable one 🇮🇳❤️

I stayed here for business. Overall I was satisfied, but the Wi-Fi was weak and it interfered with my work. The Japanese restaurant in the hotel was very delicious. Prices were a little high.

I go there once a week but I am always satisfied and highly recommend it. I left my clothes here last week and they kindly kept them and returned them to me. Thank you.

A hotel with a calm atmosphere

A hotel and a service to feel good!

The room is clean, the staff is friendly and comfortable in many ways. I've been there! If I come to Bengaluru again in the future, this is a hotel I will definitely visit again!

日本人が多く利用するホテルだと聞き、安全面や利便性を考えてこちらを利用しました。立地も良く、高級感があるクラシックなホテルだと感じました。スタッフの方も皆さん丁寧で、部屋食を注文できたり荷物預けも安心して依頼できるのが嬉しかったです。 歯ブラシは置いていなかったのでSDGsの観点からなのかなと思ったのですが、フロントへお願いすると持ってきていただけました。 またバンガロールに行くことがあれば利用したいです。やはり日本人の方が常駐していらっしゃることや、利用者の方も日本人が多いのは一人旅において非常に安心材料になりました。

前回から5ヶ月ぶり2回目の宿泊です。目的地がカボンパークのため非常に便利。施設は古いですが、寝るだけだし湯船も付いてるしウォシュレットも付いてるし全く問題無し。特に大浴場がある事や朝食で和定食のセットがあるのは日本人には最高です。敢えて難を言えば大浴場の設備で、サウナとミストサウナがあるのに使えない？それとも時間制限がある？事とシャワーが故障しているものがある事と洗い場にある椅子が低すぎる事くらい。それらも大きな湯船が帳消ししてくれます。日本人でよかった瞬間。次回行く事があれば間違いなくリピートです。

今回、出張で使用しました。 ホテル併設の和食レストラン 祭さんを使用しましたが、本格的な日本食を頂くことができました。 近隣にクリケットスタジアム、水族館、マック、和食屋さん、ラーメン屋さんなど、休日滞在や観光でも立地はいいと思います。 コストも抑えられ、朝食（白米、みそ汁、小鉢など）、部屋にバスタブ、大浴場（今回、使用しませんでした）もあり、総合評価は高いです。 一方、同僚の話ではバスタブの清掃が行き届いていなかったとのことから、清潔度、サービスについて、マイナス評価としました。
