This hotel is one of its kind - some aspects are excellent while others are abysmal. the good: 1. The staff - they were amazing, some 5 starts cant match the service level and genuine intent they display. I travelled with my 90 year old father and 10 year old child - they were excellent with both. Kind serving from the heart 2. they really try to give the guests a good experience - what they lack in infrastructure they make do with service 3. location - if you have to be in that location this place is great - good food, shopping, transportation all at easy access . very safe - I walked back at 2AM and didnt feel unsafe. 4. the premium rooms - spacious and also has a powder room which was a big plus for us. The bad 1. infrastructure - the hotel is falling apart - smelly rooms, stained carpets in the corridor, frayed towels, bird poo stuck to the window - it has it all 2. room size - we has a premium ( which was great) and a twin which was worst - the beds were narrower than a single, the room stank so much that one could not breathe. 3. I think this is a basic hotel - I did not see a gym, pool or a restaurant that served round the clock. I am not looking for 24 hr room service but not getting food late afternoon was a bummer 4. the showers - the shower mixers are weird - one minute they give out boiling water, the other min ice cold water - this was in every room - we had 3 and even changed twice in our 3 night stay. in summary - if I have to go back and stay in this locality - I would go for Greenpark across the road where the infrastructure was ***y times better for a slight increase in price.
