Upon arrival, was greeted by a doorbell staff. Courteous and friendly. Reception staff was working liek a robot only and not helpful. 1st room a/c not working..room was very hot. Went down to change room and 2nd room was ok. View is great ( panoramic view room) with great location to bts and walking distance to Terminal 21. Cross the st will have a very good massage place called Lek. Plenty of food avaialble nearby. Tried the gym and was rather small .

We chose this hotel for the location and it was a good choice. We have been greeted nicely and welcoming by the staff and have even been allowed to do an early check-in which was wonderful considering we have 2 young and very active kids. The one bedroom Suite, which we booked is very spacious. A big living room with a small but fully functional kitchen, a big bedroom and bathroom with a bathtub. It was on the 21st floor overlooking part of the city, but mostly just big buildings in front of most windows. But enough sunlight got in. My sons did enjoy the glimpse they could get onto the BTS every time it past. The complex included a few smaller shops, Subway, Boots, Officemate a few restaurants and beauty shops and MaxValu Supermarket. Very convenient if it is raining and you are very hungry or thirsty. Parking is as well available, but be aware that you need to drive up a lot of ramps before reaching the actual parking area. The parking spaces are small, therefore better to come with a smaller car or during the weekend when there are less people going to the office. Otherwise it is just a short stroll to Terminal 21 or the BTS. The pool are is really nice. A bit dated but very good maintained. As we have been the only ones enjoying the pool, they switched on the waterfall and airjets once we got into the water. Overall a nice stay.

This is my second visit and it’s fantastic. There’s so much to love about this hotel. Only unfortunate experience I had with my room was the main door was slanted so it was hard to close and the cabinet door covering the fridge was loose at the hinge. Had to tighten that. Other than that, my stay was great and I am sure to return.

BTSもMRTも両方使えどちらも駅から5分以内です。ロビンソンデパートやターミナル21も近いです。道路を挟んでコンビニもありますので立地は最高です。玄関を入るとバーカウンターがあり、常時ここでドリンクのサービスがあります。その奥にレセプションがあります。部屋は広く、別途の幅も広いです。室内の冷蔵庫はの飲み物はサービスです。お風呂が変わっていてお湯が天井から手出来ます。浴槽にお湯がたまっても床に流れない工夫がしてあるのでのんびり疲れます。ただシャワーが固定式なのがマイナスです。あとトイレのガラスの引き戸がガラスなのでちょっと気恥ずかしいかな。あとこれだけの設備なのでウオッシュレットではなく、タイ式のシャワーでした。朝食はオーダー式です。選択の品数にデザートが含まれているので、これは別にしてほしいです。特機すべきはチェックインが午前8時からでチェックアウトが午後4時です。朝食は午後2時まで可なので、多少は宿泊費が高いとおもっても、イトチェックイン、レイト高久はありません。チェックアウト込みと思えば高いとは思いません。館内は、オリエンタル雰囲気満載で比較的地味な、夫婦で静かにのんびりできるホテルです。そういう意味でタイトルにもあるように子供ずれには向かないと思います。大人の夫婦向けのホテルです。

We loved our stay at this hotel. Every member of staff was attentive and friendly and made our stay feel special. The location of the hotel is excellent, being just a short walk from both the sky train and metro, and Terminal 21 shopping centre. Our room was spacious and well designed. The bed and pillows were very comfortable, and the bathroom was beautiful. We had added breakfast to our stay and we’re so glad we did as everything we ate was delicious and beautifully presented. There was an excellent choice of both Thai and western options. The only small issue we had during our stay was that the shower temperature was sometimes not consistent. If we’re ever in Bangkok again, we will definitely stay here.

We used it until the departure of the midnight flight. So I didn't sleep. The building is quite old, but the room facilities are firm. There are also tables, refrigerators and safety boxes. There is also an outlet on the pillow. There is also a bathtub. The size is also a problematic size. It was a room on the 6 floor, but there was a BTS Nana station platform at the close distance ahead of the window of the room. It's quite noisy when the train passes. The room on the side of the Sukhumvit Street on the 5th and 6th floors seems to be the front of the platform. If you want a quiet room, you should request a room opposite to Sukhumvit Street. The location is zero minutes walk from the entrance of Nana Station. Very convenient location, but it is a hotel for people who want to stay reasonable because it is old.

The Hotel is great. We took the 2 bedrooms apartment. As some members of my family are having their birthday on the month that we stayed, the staffs surprised us with a birthday cake a d beautifully decorated room. The Breakfasts are delicious and served only when you ordered. Hence minimised food wastages. Every bedroom comes with a washing machine that has tumbler drying function, as well as a well equipped kitchen. Encourage those with family to choose this hotel that is close to the shopping malls with many good food. Highly recommended place and hotel to stay with elderly, children and toddler. Thank you.

The location is convenient, just a few minutes walk from BTS Phrom Phong Station. The transportation is convenient, and the air conditioning and hot water are great! The breakfast buffet is not particularly rich in variety, but it is sufficient. There is a small swimming pool on the fourth floor platform, which is quite clean. The front desk clerk doesn't seem to speak Chinese, but he can communicate in English, and the bellman is proactive and enthusiastic. In short, everything is good. I will stay here again!

The hotel overall is good. Distance from bts is about 5 minutes walk. Okay if not hot or rainy. Near 1 minute walk have convenient store which is awesome. Check in at night due to flight delay and the receptionist is not having good attitude. Requested late check out for one hour which is 1pm and was rudely rejected. During check out i find another shift of receptionist is so different in attitude. So my point is, if you late arrival dont book. Unless you check in earlier. This is an apartment based so corridor is not sound proof you can hear other room’s noises. And the corridor have smoke smell. Room wise is okay. See picture , but the floor is very dusty. Floor is not carpeted. However, the amenities are complete. Bathtub available. The apartment room is very Japanese style. The shower head is pretty low similar to shower head in Japanese home. Bed and pillow is quite comfy too. Charging outlet location also very convenient to guest. The breakfast have limited selection but there are baker’s confectioneries, ie cheese cake and choc fudge cake. The gym and sauna works but the toilet seems not well maintain, lights and locker doesnt work.

Good location nice shopping in the area including brand new emsphere mall. and Michelin pork noodle soup right next door. Room is a bit old ans dated. Pillows are way too soft had to stack 4 pillows. Road is a bit dark at night. They give a cookie upon check in. And the reception staff are helpful and kind.

S Sukhumvit Suites Hotel is very much in my need because it is convenient, which is next to the sky train, subway, road and near the national shopping mall.I have checked in with Pui which is a receptionist. Pui is very nice, gave good advice, including food was delicious. Staff is very friendly, I love this place. Next time I will definitely stay here again.

I was returning to Bangkok late at night and needed a place for one night before my flight back to the U.S. the following evening. I picked this hotel because it was very central -- right next to the BTS and MRT and also Terminal 21 (where I had stored a bag I didn't need until my return flight). The hotel sits adjacent to a very busy intersection but is quiet nonetheless. The room was modern and comfortable. I had planned to see some sights in Bangkok during the day and to retrieve my bags about 5:00 pm then head to the airport -- they offered to let me extend my checkout to 5:00 p.m. for a very small price and that really made the experience great -- I was able to take a shower after a hot day of sightseeing and do my final packing. It was just perfect for what I had in mind. When I left, I just had to walk less than a block to the BTS, which connected to the airport rail line to BKK. Very easy.

Great service by the hotel staff especially the lobby staff who were very friendly and not to mention Rose at the rooftop restaurant. She is so warm and friendly to all the guests that came for breakfast. It will be good if the hotel can look into the pillows in the rooms. Just too soft. Our room was very casual, nothing exceptionnal but confortable enough, quiet and clean, perfect for a good night when you're tired! The bed was big enough, the washroom was OK! But, we would like to mention the quality of reception! The woman in charge of the hosting was so nice, so friendly, so generous: we loved tha place and felt home right away! Talking about the price, was very reasonnable, cheap compare to many other hotel in the same area! The Hotel is right next to the Exchange Tower which is directly connected to BTS Asoke Station. Close to everything like shopping Mall, restaurants, Massage places and cafes. The room is very simple. Enough Space to put luggages. Tv didnt work. Hair dryer kept stopping after 30 second when it was on the high power. Nice big mirror and closet. Shower was fine. Good water pressure, shower gel and shampoo. Big comfortable king size bed. I found a little creature next to the bed in the morning... That was the only thing I didnt like about this Hotel.
