First of all, thank you for the complimentary airport pick up at BKK, good coordination and English communication from your staff, Wimonrat sukrasebya further helped me in getting a comfortable and speedy ride to the hotel. 👍👍👍 Being a solo and leisure traveler, I was not able to take a swim and sunbath after breakfast as the swimming pool is located on the west side of the hotel. This means the sun won't hit the swimming pool until 2pm. This has really ruined my trip and I was very disappointed but I know there is nothing the management can do about it.😅😅😅 Then the next issue is the bathroom. First, the water faucet is located too close to the edge of the sink, so water splashes around the entire sink top and everything is wet. Please see the attached photos. Secondly, the shower cubicle does not have a door and result in water splash again. But luckily this can solved by putting a floor towel outside the area to avoid slipping. 😩😩😩 Moreover, it is the English level of the staff. It is not up to par in such an international renounced hotel management property. I got my toe hurt in the swimming pool and then asked for an adhesive bandage, but noone understood what I said on the phone until they saw the attached photo. Later on, the staff told me that they run out of bandages. Eventually, they managed to get me a couple of them to stop the bleeding. 😅😅😅 Finally, I would say the service and friendliness of the staff was good and responsive. It would be much better if they can get more training in the language skill especially in English. In conclusion, I have to say that I won't be staying with that hotel again in my future visits to BKK, simply because the swimming pool is really bothering me as I won't be able to get sunbath and a swim in the morning after breakfast.

Lost count of the number of times I’ve stayed with Furama Silom. Appreciate the spacious room and good location. In my two most recent stays, the check-in dates were barely a month apart - shows how much I enjoy staying here. First time trying their Executive Room, apart from the usual Deluxe Room I would usually choose. It was a good try but visibly much older, so I believe I will stick to the Deluxe Room next time. There was a particular female staff at the front desk who was exceptionally polite with a pleasant service attitude.

Stayed for 7 nights around end of Nov 2023. I saw this hotel during previous visit and it looks new thus I booked for this trip. The hotel is located in silom 6 which is a less than 5 mins walk to the Saladeng BTS station. Though it is in an alley, the place is crowded enough to not feel unsafe at night. The hotel is divided into 3 tower blocks, my room was in the main block. The main lobby is bright and well maintained with a coffee place and gym beside it. Both does not belong to the hotel I guess, but guests can use the gym for free. My room is with the bath tub and it is spacious. Room was well cleaned and comes with mini fridge, safe box and even a microwave. Basic amenities like water, toothbrush, comb, etc are provided. The bath area was not so well maintained. You can see some cracks here and there, the shower area does not drain well, gets flooded when you use it. The stopper in the bath tub is not working, you have to manually lift it. Hope this can be improved. Did not use the WiFi in the hotel as it does not come with password and do not feel safe to use. They have a smart tv in the room allowing you to access netflix and you tube. There is no central control in the room for the lights. The rooms are not really sound proof, you can hear noise from the corridor They have a nice pool at the lobby area. The gym although small comes with sauna facility. Overall I might stay here again given the good location.

The hotel is a bit old but I like their idea of going green. The room I was given is on level 10 and has a balcony as shown. Only level 10 has. The wardrobes are not functioning well. The staff kindly lent me universal charger. Breakfast was ok

I’ve always loved staying at Furama Xclusive Sathorn. I love the big rooms with kitchenette. This time I booked a deluxe room, and though there was a kitchenette, there were no cutleries or plates. Also no microwave (there was one previously). Also when I asked for some pots to use on the stove, I was told by front desk that the kitchen facilities were only stocked for long term guests. It wasn’t the case previously. I think that’s quite unfortunate cos having the kitchen is one of the main draws of the hotel, at least for me. I love being able to packet my meals and heat them up in my room. However, I will definitely stay here again as I love the location, the friendly staff and that it’s quite an intimate hotel. Chong Nongsi BTS is just a short walk away, and there’s a lovely morning market nearby at Silom Soi 5 which sells great snacks/foods/desserts etc. Opens Mondays to Fridays 6am-2pm In conclusion, this is a value for money hotel and I would definitely recommend staying here

Over all is a very nice hotel with such a convenient spot But unfortunately there have an engineer noise a From the next building we are right next to it (Room 410) the other side would be way batter We woke up from the noise at 6:30am That’s the really unfortunate bit, so I would still recommend this hotel but will remarked with requested when I book next time 😌

The Hotel is very central. The pool is small but sufficient for a quick cooling. The view from the roof garden is spectacular. The rooms are spacious and include a safe, AC, a large fridge, a kettle including coffee or tea and a bathtub (deluxe room). The breakfast is ok, but a bit more comprehensive in other hotels. Not at all okay is that the staff is obviously unwilling to order a regular metered taxi. Either the trip to the airport is offered for a flat rate of 600 baht with a private Car/Tranfer, or, only after repeated requests, a taxi is ordered via Grab-Taxi with a fixed price of - in our case - 350 baht excluding highway fees. When we then insisted on turning on the taximeter, which is also the law in Thailand, we ended up paying 305 baht excluding highway fees. Here the hotel should be able to learn and offer its guests a regular taxi service.

Love! frankly speaking this is not my first time staying here, stayed here before even years ago & have always been my favourite hotel, for the price of merely RM160(ard USD34) only! including breakfast for 2 I would say it's indeed best value ever! Room was super spacious, clean & tidy, just some of the furnitures bit worn out, otherwise it's all percecto Simple buffet breakfast spread but it's all gud, noodle station & egg stn were awesome👍 location wise no others can beat, just easily reach by BTS, alight at Chong Nonsi BTS and heads down, I residence is just next to the station👍 7eleven just below the hotel and foodcourt as well, so pratically you wont get hungry at all here, and dont forget the morning weekdays market behind Trinity Silom that has soooooo many to offer & its just like merely 5mins walk away, very convenient👍 not forgetting their Pool at the highest floor (level10) fantastic view of King Power MahaNakhon tower from here👍 overall its a good stay and worth the price highly recommended👍

The first night we checked in at midnight but the front desk staff and the bell boy were alert and very helpful. Check in process was very quick. However, the room has a stuffy smell, probably the room has not been used for quite long and the tapestry has got the smell. The 2nd day was better and we had a good sleep. The surrounding of the hotel is very convenient and we could access to different local stores.

The location is very convenient, 3min walk to Chong Nonsi BTS. Lots of eateries, cafes around the hotel. On weekdays, the back lanes are filled with local road side stalls & coffee/tea joints. They offer inexpensive food and drinks, at local prices. The room is spacious for 2, with daily house keeping services. Not too noisy at night. Will definately stay there again.

Hotel is ocated in the alley at the back of Central Silom complex. This is my second time staying at this hotel. Overall is new and clean. Soundproof is a bit a matter to concern for those who need privacy. As mentioned before, I love their roof top pool, it is nice and private, it is really good to spend late afternoon chilling by the pool.

We looked for a suite or apartment at reasonable price, with parking and a good location - and this one is perfect! It’s a residence building, some are living there some subletting and some are guests. Very convenient. The facilities are not brand new but it’s really more than enough for small families.
