Very gracious staff, patient and tolerant even when I mistakenly booked the wrong date and appeared a day too soon. They adjusted and did so with a smile. Good location for important temples, and good food. Sam Yot MRT nearby. Stayed for four nights. The bed was one of the most comfortable I have ever slept in. The room was clean, quiet, and properly equipped. The rain shower was large and water pressure good. I would not hesitate to recommend this heritage hotel to anyone traveling to Bangkok.

Breakfast tastes average, there are 3 stir-fried dishes, and a miso soup, fried rice, Indian pancakes, bread, fried eggs, rice noodle soup, etc. There are many types, you can eat well without problems. The room is a bit old, but the hygiene is very clean. The downstairs is a clothing wholesale market. You can only buy underwear, underwear, socks, etc. The clothes are really not going to go down. There is a fruit wholesale market across the river. It is cheap, not bargaining, and has legs. If you are a bad old lady, you ca n’t pick and say no fruit. If you do n’t buy it, you will be beaten. Be careful, what you see is what you buy. There are a lot of snacks around the hotel, most of them are stalls in the morning or at night, there is a stir-fry in the evening, the taste is good, the price is reasonable, everyone can try it. The front right of the hotel is the pier. You can take a boat to Pratunam Market and Big C, and go to the Grand Palace and the Temple of the Reclining Buddha. The boat is quite big, it is too old. It is not recommended to bring children. Let ’s take a taxi !! There are also buses on the Khao San Road from the airport to the hotel. S1 can also be rented. The 120 high-speed toll plus 250 rental fee plus 50 tip. Remember to take the taxi to open the navigation so that it can be fast and cheap.

The boss is really nice and warm-hearted. The environment is relatively new and very clean. There are only rooms for six people at most. It is very comfortable to drink, eat, and smoke in the small courtyard. There are some twists and turns in the middle, but the boss is still very good at handling things. If you choose to stay in a youth hostel on Khao San Road, it is still the first choice.

A great hotel which was excellent value for money. The lobby alone is impressive as you arrive, and staff is very polite and helpful, from the stewards opening the door, to the desk staff and also the cleaning staff. Rooms are spacious and comfortable although the mattress in my room would benefit from an upgrade. Amenities are great, the gym has a very decent amount of equipment and the pool is very nice too although pretty much always in the shade so even in the middle of the afternoon the water isn’t too warm! Finally the location is very decent too, there’s a 7-11 just outside the hotel and you can walk to China Town within 25 minutes. I would definitely stay there again. That said, I was somewhat disappointed that despite being told I was upgraded to an Executive room, my room had a view facing the opposite building instead of the cityscape which was what I expected based on the pictures.

I booked two rooms for three nights. The room I was assigned at the beginning was next to the roadside. After staying for one night, it was too noisy. The motorcycles, tuk-tuk horns and the sound of the engine on the roadside. I couldn't bear it anymore, so I told the hotel that they would give me another room, and the hotel moved one to me! The sanitation is very good and the decoration is very new. It is a bit far to walk to Khao San Road, which takes 15-20 minutes. We took the children and the elderly to take tuk-tuks to Khao San Road and the Grand Palace! The Tuk-Tuk bus is a bit expensive, but the restaurant provided by the hotel is also good, good quality and cheap! If you must stay in the same room type, remember to book the more expensive one. The more expensive one faces inward and is not noisy. It is perfect.

The room is very beautiful, and very clean. I recommend this excellent hotel, which is very close to the embassy of France, but is located in the Bangkok Jewelry Quarter with very few restaurants around, which is a bad thing for the evening.

We had been spending a couple of nights in this hotel and enjoyed our stay. The room had all that we needed and was clean. Location wise we were in a walkable distance to the grand palace, temples and to a party street (forgot the name of it). Enjoyed my stay. Good value for money, friendly and helpful staff and I enjoyed my breakfast a great deal. Staff was particularly helpful in pointing out some good spots to visit on a rainy day where I didn’t have much on the itinerary. Would recommend and plan on staying again once lockdown travel restrictions are lifted. Interestingly, I met the aforementioned former receptionist, Mint Yanisa, in Melbourne, Australia, where she does “massage.” Working under a different name, she will remove all her clothes for $50 ($70 to touch) ) and “darling, you will end happy.” Needless to say this was a bit of a different experience as I came in simply with a sore back and ended up in coming in entirely different way, all for less than the cost of the massage itself! Unfortunately, after getting to know her better, she swindled me into loaning her thousands of a dollars for a visa that have yet to be repaid...I later learned that she already had a pending partner visa with a man who lived with his daughter and her mother. I know she used some of that money for Botox injections, so at least her features match her fake personality. I’ll blame myself for ignorance on that one, but I write this as a warning to just be careful if she ever returns to work at this establishment.

I really nailed it by choosing this hostel! From the common areas all the way to my sleeping area I loved everything. The breakfast is awesome and you can also snack some tea or coffee in the dining area. Laundry and dryer machine available at the deck by the way incredible temple and city view from this point! The location is superb, walking distance from Wat Pho Thai Massage School where I took the 5 days general Thai massage certification. I loved at the end of day go back to the hostel, take a shower and rest in the social area on the second floor, quite and comfortable. On the way I also enjoyed fine dining and local foods all in the same area. Don’t forget to visit old Siam mall for local foods. The Indian market is walking distance, you can visit the Sick’s Temple and bargain Indian souvenirs or fancy Saree’s. I will definitely stay there my next time in town!

Very modern hostel with lovely rooms that come with a mini fridge and rooms are cleaned everyday! Pool is lovely and clean. Large social area on the ground and first floor. Taxis are about 300 baht into central Bangkok. Would definitely come again!
