Amazing staff, the room is very spacious and the bed is neither soft nor hard—just the right amount of firmness. Both my friend and I got a good night's sleep right after a long day. However, the room is awfully thin and not very soundproof at all — we could hear people talking very loudly (and it's very clear too) and walking down the hallway as early as 7:30am when we still wanted to sleep in. Construction starts happening at around 9:30am right above us, thankfully after we already woke up but still a bit of a distraction and breaking the comfortable silence.

Needed a good hotel near airport. Fantastic hotel. I kinda really like it a lot. Very near airport. Good room. However no ventilation. Nice restaurants in hotel but the prices are too expensive. Vouchers for in house services should be made available. Very beautiful swimming pool area but restricted accessibility ie timing and this “provided a less welcome feeling”. there is no sauna or steam room. I’m also intrigued about about business dynamics of Miracle Group. This is a 5.7 starhotel to me

It is an embarrassing distance of 6 kilometers, which is not far or near, and there is no subway and you can only take a taxi. I don't really recommend this hotel for people attending the exhibition at IMPACT. Because the exhibition hall is about 6 kilometers away from the hotel, the location is very remote. It is very difficult to get a taxi after the exhibition. Even if you have good foot strength, you can walk for an hour without any problem, but the weather is very hot and people and vehicles are mixed, so it is not recommended. In addition, the hotel's central air conditioner is very noisy and must be turned off at night to sleep. The bed is very light and thin, and it will be fine with a little effort. Breakfast is also average. During the exhibition, the house price is between 400-500, and usually it seems to be only more than 200 yuan. The service is five stars, this is very good. The breakfast is on four floors, which is not satisfactory. At other times, you can order food on the fourth floor. If you are traveling and will return to Don Mueang Airport at the end, you can stay in this hotel. You can walk to BIG C and take a taxi within 100 baht. There are many private small villas in the back street of the hotel. The environment is very quiet and suitable for slow life. It is good to walk around.

I could forgive the long wait at check-in (after 4pm) when no room was ready. However, unusable WiFi throughout my 2-day stay was unforgivable. I have stayed in many hotels in Bangkok, often cheaper than this one. I don't think I have ever had a room without coffee making facilities before - another big no for me. In other respects the room was ok but no better than average. Poor value overall. I will not stay there again

Visited this simple, clean hotel situated near to the Government office complex, whilst applying for a Thai passport. Stayed for 2 nights, room was clean, comfortable and our window/small balcony had a distance view of the entire Bangkok skyline which was lovely in the evening. Hotel is in a very quiet residential area, but a stone's throw from the Government office complexes at Chaeng Wattana. There are plenty of restaurants and food stalls within 5 minutes walk of the property as well as one or two 7-11s. Price was good, very friendly and helpful family that run the hotel, the man gave us a lift down to the passport office junction to help us get there on time and not turn up too hot and sweaty. Out of the way for central Bangkok attractions but ideal for visits to the Chaeng Wattana & Laksi districts and Government complexes. Easy to get to in a taxi, via. the SRT train station or by motorbike taxi. Staff will assist in booking taxis and assisting with directions to local restaurants, bars etc. Would certainly stay again if/when requiring a visit to this part of the city.
