A great hotel which was excellent value for money. The lobby alone is impressive as you arrive, and staff is very polite and helpful, from the stewards opening the door, to the desk staff and also the cleaning staff. Rooms are spacious and comfortable although the mattress in my room would benefit from an upgrade. Amenities are great, the gym has a very decent amount of equipment and the pool is very nice too although pretty much always in the shade so even in the middle of the afternoon the water isn’t too warm! Finally the location is very decent too, there’s a 7-11 just outside the hotel and you can walk to China Town within 25 minutes. I would definitely stay there again. That said, I was somewhat disappointed that despite being told I was upgraded to an Executive room, my room had a view facing the opposite building instead of the cityscape which was what I expected based on the pictures.

Very gracious staff, patient and tolerant even when I mistakenly booked the wrong date and appeared a day too soon. They adjusted and did so with a smile. Good location for important temples, and good food. Sam Yot MRT nearby. Stayed for four nights. The bed was one of the most comfortable I have ever slept in. The room was clean, quiet, and properly equipped. The rain shower was large and water pressure good. I would not hesitate to recommend this heritage hotel to anyone traveling to Bangkok.

The location of the hotel is very good, next to the river. Access by hotel shuttle boat. Opposite Icon Siam. Comfortable rooms come with views of the Chao Phraya River. I gave full marks to everything except the service of the staff. The staff are arrogant and have very high egos. Not recommended. There are many other hotels along the river where the staff provide better service.

Best hotel in Bangkok and great location for shopping near by the ICONSIAM mall. The room is clean and decent and also has a nice view of the river as you can see! The nice infinity pool is a plus, you can actually take a nap on the couch there with a warm breeze :) Oh the last one but not the least, breakfast was nice as well! Overall, this hotel gave me a good impression! Thank you. 호텔이 아이콘시암 바로옆에 위치해서 쇼핑하기 좋은 위치에요 룸 상태도 깨끗하고 강 옆이라 뷰는 물론이고 시설도 좋습니다. 큰 전신거울이 있어서 맘에들고 다리미도 있어서 구겨진옷 걱정없어요. 4층에 있는 인피니티풀 엄청 크진않지만 정말 예뻐요. 조식도 가성비좋고 맛있어요. 전체적으로 나이스합니다! 호텔직원들 덕분에 호텔의 좋은인상 받아갑니다. 감사합니다.

The room is a bit old, but the hygiene is very clean. The downstairs is a clothing wholesale market. You can only buy underwear, underwear, socks, etc. The clothes are really not going to go down. There is a fruit wholesale market across the river. It is cheap, not bargaining, and has legs. If you are a bad old lady, you ca n’t pick and say no fruit. If you do n’t buy it, you will be beaten. Be careful, what you see is what you buy. There are a lot of snacks around the hotel, most of them are stalls in the morning or at night, there is a stir-fry in the evening, the taste is good, the price is reasonable, everyone can try it. The front right of the hotel is the pier. You can take a boat to Pratunam Market and Big C, and go to the Grand Palace and the Temple of the Reclining Buddha. The boat is quite big, it is too old. It is not recommended to bring children. Let ’s take a taxi !! There are also buses on the Khao San Road from the airport to the hotel. S1 can also be rented. The 120 high-speed toll plus 250 rental fee plus 50 tip. Remember to take the taxi to open the navigation so that it can be fast and cheap.

The room space is ample and comfortable, featuring a soft bed that ensures a quick entry into dreamland. The bathroom has a spacious bathtub, perfect for a relaxing soak. The room also includes local Thai snacks. Additionally, the in-room dining service offers a diverse menu with various culinary options. Hotel Location: Situated in the Silom area, close to Bangkok's Chao Phraya River and with a view of Iconsiam shopping mall. The hotel provides a shuttle service to and from the BTS station, making transportation very convenient. Hotel Service: The hotel staff is exceptionally friendly, warm, and welcoming. They greet guests with enthusiasm and provide timely assistance. Overall, the travel experience in Thailand was fantastic!

I had the pleasure of staying at The Montien for 3 weeks 2 months ago when on a company-booked trip. My room and bed were extremely comfortable and spacious, with plenty of natural light and unobstructed views, quality amenities including a Nespresso machine. The Montien decor is modern, Thai style and beautiful. The breakfast buffet is bountiful, with plenty of variety. Pierre Pelletier, the Area General Manager and his team went above and beyond to ensure my stay was outstanding! Then this month when my family and I planned a vacation to Bangkok I picked this hotel as our base. The hotel is conveniently located for easy access to the sky and underground trains, many must-go-to restaurants, cafes, Siam Paragon, temples, Chinatown, night walks and more. We were welcomed with incredible 5-star Thai hospitality. Special mention to Khun Nu, her front desk team and night manager Khun Jew for handling flight delays, airport transfers and arranging pick up of lost luggage, Khun Tik for his world-class warm welcomes, Max’s regular assistance and taxi coordination, the ever-helpful and polite bellmen, Beer remembering our morning coffee preferences, Kae at Ruenton restaurant for looking after us at dinners, friendly Tanya at the lobby bar, the housekeeping team for keeping our 3 rooms impeccable and everyone who made our Bangkok vacation so memorable! It felt like our home away from home and we enjoyed our time here so much!

Come to Bangkok With family and find accommodation near the waterfront so that we will go on a cruise in the evening. When I saw this place, there was a family room, very good. We come together 4 adults and 2 other children. I can only book one room. There is a large room divided into 2 bedrooms, very spacious. Glad to find this place before booking another place. Because our family wants to stay in the same room There are both children and the elderly who need to take care of. Friendly service staff very alone,greeting and also playing with our children.check-in is very easy,not as cumbersome as other hotels. Who have stayed all the time The room is clean and convenient. Separate bedroom and living room There is a dining table, kitchen, balcony and complete items in the room without asking for anything. And see the view of the river as well Enjoy the view at night We have to go to the boat at ICONSIAM. The staff called a taxi for me. There is a lot of food to eat. There is no restaurant at the hotel, but it is very convenient because there are many restaurants. Impressed and will definitely come back to stay here again.

I am really impressed with the hotel. The room is very clean. Staff are super helpful, especially the male staff helped me get the taxi. Thank you so much. The hotel location is very close to the BTS Chong Nongsi so it's a great location hotel. There is 7elevent close to the hotel. I didn't realize there is a good hotel in that soi. Value for the money when staying at this hotel.
