Staff were always excellent, kind and attentive. Room was spacious and the bed was very comfortable. Breakfast has a nice and fresh variety and the coffee is great!

The rooftop bar has a great view and the hotel staff is really kind! Location is also quite good, really good for the price ~

I had a very relaxed and wonderful stay at Sure Stay. Starting off, i must thank Prince, the front office manager, for her friendly and detailed approach, which also successfully instilled into her team providing the same standard of excellent services at the reception. This hotel is located near Nana and Ploen Chit, very convenient to go around. The room is spacious and clean Very quiet. The bed is very comfortable. A decent size outdoor pool. Breakfast is fine, good coffee. If the pastry and bread quality can be improved, then it would have been perfect.

We had a pleasant stay at the SureStay Plus Hotel by Best Western. The hotel's central location made it very convenient for exploring the city. We enjoyed the good breakfast and attentive service. I would like to specifically mention Ms. Chote, who was exceptionally helpful and provided excellent service during our stay. The rooftop swimming pool was a bonus, offering wonderful views of the city. I highly recommend this hotel to others.

Room is good, very clean and can’t hear anything from outside. Location is good 10 mins away from BTS. The pool was great and clean. Staffs are very accommodating. Surely will stay again on my next trip.

All staff were helpful and friendly. We enjoyed the breakfast. We loved to swim until late. Near great restaurants and pubs. Near Phloen Chit skytrain station . Will certainly stay there again in future.

I was recommended this place by a friend and it was perfect for our stay. It’s a great choice for travelers that want to be close to the major party areas on Sukhumvit 2, but need a quiet place to crash at night. The room was sound proofed and silent to the outside noises, which was better than my experience at a neighboring hotel during the same trip. The room interior is a little basic, but offers a great shared pool on the roof. Hotel is ideal for guests that value good location, nightlife, low prices and quiet ambiance at night.

I thoroughly enjoyed my time at this hotel. The rooms are simple yet roomy. The staff is incredibly friendly and accommodating. They provide a golf cart shuttle from the hotel to the main road. The hotel is located on a quiet side street away from the noise of traffic. Surprisingly, the rooftop pool was often empty, but it is very inviting and the drinks served there are excellent.

Property address is wrong. Distance from Nana plaza is about 2000m. They put 200m. The hotel is at the dual carriage way. There for crossing road is not possible. I wanted to to cancel booking just after 1 hour paid for it. The hotel refused to give any refund! Shame on them ! I would recommend check the distance and location before you book !

I waiting for long to check in and surprisingly I didn’t get any birthday decorations like I requested which is kinda disappointing after waiting for so long for the room to be ready. The staff was nice and helpful The rooms were clean and it smelled very nice
