we stayed in the deluxe premier room and loved it so much! room was super spacious and comfy
pros:
- big and clean room
- good service- there was a games room also with an auto mahjong table so good for groups to spend time there. there was also a free lucky draw.
- free tuk tuk service (1 way) to selected areas from 9am to 9pm
- also near most of the shopping areas in bkk like siam paragon and pratunam area (still need grab)
cons:
- only conveniently accessible if take grab i feel
- abit difficult to adjust water temperature (either too hot or too cold)
but overall would recommend 10/10 to stay here and would be back!

Tidy and clean. The staffs helped to carry our luggage up to our room, they even helped to clean the room everyday and refilling water bottles for us. It was great in service. They have the tuktuk service (one trip) to nearby places such as siam paragon, mbk center, siam square, national stadium and MRT hua lamphong which is also convenience for us. It was valued for money! Definitely will some for second visit

I don’t usually write reviews but this hotel is amazing! I’ve been to Bangkok for 8 times, and this was one of my best stays. The location is great with free tuktuk service, room and bed was very comfortable. Staffs are really friendly and accommodating, thank you Mr Long at the front desk for your service and warm hospitality 😊

I recently stayed at Hotel Sapin, and overall, it was a great experience. The room was spacious and clean, and the bed was very comfortable, allowing me to sleep well every night. The hotel also offers free shuttle service to nearby popular attractions.
In terms of service, the staff were very friendly and helpful. Whether it was asking for sightseeing recommendations or making special requests, they were always attentive. The breakfast had a wide variety of options, and the food was fresh—several dishes were particularly delicious.
Overall, I was very satisfied with my stay, and I would definitely consider coming back next time!

Hotel Sapin provides free tuk tuk shuttle service to many locations including Chinatown, Siam Paragon, MBK and etc. Spacious room, staff is friendly and helpful. Free flow beer and games at indicated timing is a big plus. Overall pleasant experience with Hotel Sapin.

I booked the Deluxe Premiere room and it was an amazing experience. The room is super clean and comfortable. Gorgeous design that feels inviting.
The hotel does not have a pool nor gym but the facilities mattered less to me. The room makes up for it. Also while it’s far from BTS, they have complementary tuktuk service that takes you to some places.
