Only stayed the one night, all friendly staff, great room, cool shower area, just been the gym before leaving, was decent

Room was great. 2 incidents that showcase great service from the team 1) my girlfriend birthday was on the next day of check in. We did not inform the staff but my gf said that she remember putting her date of birth on the form. The staff remember and there was a slice of cake waiting for us in the room that night 2). On the day of check out. We left our luggage at front desk. Afterwards while waiting for our hotel pick up to airport. The staff came over to tell us that the driver is waiting for us. The staff said “I do not remember the car plate. But I remember the name of the passenger the driver need to pick up” Both experience by the staff at the hotel make this a memorable trip. Kudos to the team.

Value for money mid-low standard hotel. Good spread in breakfast, convenient location (sky train and luxury malls nearby), great shower water pressure, large capacity Crabtree & Evelyn toiletries (hence less wastage).

Hotel was clean, located next to the famous pork noodles and staff were nice and friendly.

Very convenient location, close to public transport. Many massage parlors open till very late. Breakfast until 11am daily, which is good for late night sleepers like us.

Great and convenient location. Walking distance to the new Em district with 3 big malls in the area. Staff r welcoming n friendly. An update on decor n furniture will be great

Location was superb as it was walking distance to Bangkok BTS station and shopping is convenient too

Various choices of foods to choose for breakfast and the location is quite near the BTS and big shopping malls. Good value for money.

It's not a 4 min walk from BTS. The sidewalk to the hotel is an adventure. The hotel is dated and rooms small. We had to change Hotel we did not expect this for Hyatt.
