Everything was nice. The location is too far from the main road but you can take the motorcycle or taxi, so yeah everything was great.💖

Good location that’s easily accessible. Hotel is at a reasonable price point and the rooms are huge. There are convenience stores and cafes nearby so you don’t need to worry about lacking anything.

Stayed there the second time. Really liked in the first time. This time she gave me a room right near to the bar which didn't stop to work at least till 3am, and I was exhausted. Additionally to that, a loud law frequency noise right near my room started after 2, at least couple of hours time to time. I'm not sure what it was, definitely not a washing machine, they gave them on every balcony, but they aren't noisy. Maybe it was I real laundry, I'm not sure. Anyway, I couldn't sleep that night and because of this lost the whole next day, couldn't really do anything interesting. And the next night I had 5 hours flight the whole night. The staff didn't want to give me another room, she told there is no more left which I hardly believe. Only on the second day (which I booked just to sleep a couple of hours before my flight) they changed for a quiet room in the next building. The first (noisy) room wasn't also cleaned properly, see the picture. I showed that picture to the staff.

In early October, I stayed for two nights. I greatly appreciated the attached gym and pool, as it allowed me to maintain the same routine I have back home even while on a business trip. The gym was adequate, but I felt the pool was a bit short, being only about 15 meters in length. The room was spacious, and the bed was incredibly comfortable. I loved that a washing machine was provided. I bought the cheapest detergent from a nearby 7-Eleven and tried it out. I hung my clothes outside using the room's hangers, and they dried overnight. I highly recommend using these amenities. It would be even better if small detergent sets were regularly stocked in the room, or if small quantities were available for free or for purchase. I've attached a photo of the detergent I bought from 7-Eleven for your reference. I also had breakfast there. It was a basic buffet, but the omelette was delicious. There were also options like fried rice and pasta. The variety of bread was abundant; I couldn't finish everything, but what I did have was very tasty. There's a Starbucks and a croissant shop nearby, which I recommend checking out. The staff were incredibly friendly, with lovely smiles and polite service. Pang (a female staff member) and Fia (a male staff member who speaks Japanese) assisted me, and both were very kind and wonderful people. I will definitely stay here again on my next visit.

It's a sort of condotel and has kitchen and washing machine. Need some makeover works to meet Novotel standard. It's very hard to get in and out of the hotel due to congested streets where the hotel is located.

Hotel staff was very helpful. Room was spacey. there is a really nice croissant bakery next door

Good studio hotel room. Location is at city cwnter, but surrounding road are very narrow.. King size bed was big and comfort enough. Will consider to come back again for my upcoming busness trip.

Once i stay here..I don’t want to change hotel to anywhere. Convenient and love the pool!

I was quite worried as I read all the reviews only AFTER BOOKING this location without any free cancellation. But I was pleasantly dismissed of my worries as the hotel was actually clean and felt really welcomed there.
