Same comments as some other travelers which the room condition need to touch up. The drainage system on the bathroom and the dirty issue in the balcony. I have high expectation towards Hilton, this stay over a bit below my expectations. Staffs are friendly and helpful.

The room is a big one with balcony and bathtub. I really love the room and the Hotel's location. There also is a kitchen and wash machine. The one thing I feel a little bit disappointed is aminities filling. They didn't fill the toiletries and also coffee everyday. You need to complaint about that at the reception. Sometimes, they also didn't provide water bottles the next day. When we ask at the reception, they said they will come and give us. But no show. Overall is good.
The most convenient thing is they provide free shuttle tuk tuk to BTS Station. I really love this.

Everything was great but the hot water didn’t work all night so showering in cold water wasn’t the best. The hotel staff was nice but when we called to tell them we had no hot water they said they couldn’t do anything and didn’t offer us another room :(
