The room is ok at first impression, but when I use shower, the drain hole is blocked so it seems flooding in the bathroom, so I have to finish it within 2minutes!
The breakfast costed 650b seems a little bit expensive

The best hotel in sukhumvit 15 with awesome staff. 3mins walk to a clean 7-11. 6 mins walk to a clean massage place.

Location: 10 min walk to BTS and MRT, 7 eleven nearby
Room: Decent size with everything amenities you need. Comfort bed.
Cons: bad design of the bathroom, water ponding issue. every time after shower water will not flow out. Noisy, bad sound proof. U can literally hear people talking next room and tuk tuk noise.
Breakfast was good. Alot of variety.
Alot of Google review mention front desk was rude. I did not experience that and mostly they are nice and speak English well. The one that rude should be bell boy.

Many of the rooms do not have a view - they face the opposite residential building. I checked in early and was given a room on the 2nd floor. Although I requested a higher floor (both in my booking and at the time of check-in), the staff said it was the only room then available. I was very tired so I accepted it. Yet, when I checked out the room, I found that it faced a green ground with no sunlight at all. I requested to change the room and the staff then offered me a room on a higher floor. I had 3 out of the 4 pillow covers changed due to stains. Also, I had to request a refill of soap and toilet paper on my last night of stay. Other than that, the hotel is good value for money given it's relatively new and its convenient location - it's a 7-8 minute walk to Asok BTS station, Sukhumvit Metro station and Terminal 21.

was in room 510. 1. The toilet was stuck, cannot flush, 2. ****** (for sure) in that room keep making noisy. Cannot sleep at all and have to change room for a better sleep. 3. The concierge never helps even they see you taking many stuffs and still stand and Chi chat and ignore you. 4. Front desk cannot speak English well. Do not recommended.
