My stay at the Sindhorn Midtown Hotel Bangkok, Vignette Collection, was an excellent experience. It's incredibly convenient for getting around and shopping, yet still offers a quiet retreat from the city bustle. The room was bright and clean, with soft, comfortable bedding and well-maintained bathroom facilities. The soundproofing was great, allowing for a peaceful rest. The public amenities like the high-altitude pool and gym are well-equipped and beautifully designed. All the staff were friendly and attentive. I'll definitely prioritize this hotel for future visits to Bangkok. The 28th-floor infinity pool offers stunning views, and the gym has new, comprehensive equipment, perfect for leisure and relaxation.

It was exactly the stay I expected. I only used the pool once, but it was nice to have it open from the morning with few people around, making it very quiet. The location is conveniently close to the BTS and subway stations. The hotel has a clear concept and offers hospitality with fluent English. The breakfast system, where you can choose your meal, was great for a leisurely start to the day. Also, on a day when I had to leave earlier than the 6:30 AM breakfast, they prepared my chosen breakfast box the night before, which was excellent. The price is also very reasonable for this quality. I will definitely come back again!

Upon arriving at the hotel, a handsome receptionist helped me with my luggage and directed me to the 10th floor for check-in. When I got to room 2401, the same handsome receptionist was already waiting at my door – so thoughtful, I couldn't even look him in the eye! Sometimes I'd see him when I went downstairs for a smoke or to pick up food delivery. He'll probably be a senior manager at the hotel someday! The manager at the restaurant on the left side of the ground floor looked intimidating, but he was incredibly diligent. He had the brightest and most natural smile in the entire place. It's crucial for hotels to select their staff carefully, but they also need to be mindful of how they treat guests. I noticed many interesting little details and learned a lot.

I was really satisfied with my stay at this hotel. First off, the location is super convenient – there are plenty of places to eat, drink, and even get a massage nearby, so finding something to do or eat is no hassle at all; everything is just a short walk away. The room itself was also very comfortable. While it wasn't overly luxurious, it had a very cozy and homey feel to it, which I really appreciated. What truly made this stay stand out was the staff. They were all incredibly friendly and polite, always greeting guests proactively, which made me feel very welcome. The front desk is located on the 10th floor, offering a great view, especially looking out towards Emsphere Plaza. It's particularly beautiful at night when all the lights are on. Overall, my experience here was excellent. The transportation was convenient, the environment was comfortable, and the staff were friendly. Plus, you have everything you need for food, drinks, and entertainment right in the vicinity. 👍

Great location! The hotel is very new and stylish, perfect for the younger generation. The attention to detail is impressive, with a modern yet understated design. Excellent experience, I'd definitely stay here again!
