First, the Chinese service. Every message was replied in seconds. It was so considerate. Then, when I checked in, the customer service staff helped me with my luggage. I was stunned when I entered the door. I felt like I was staying in a five-star hotel. There was Evian mineral water on the table. I didn't dare to drink it at first. After asking the customer service, they said it was carefully prepared for me. They were afraid that I was hungry, so they prepared two buckets of instant noodles. I was so touched. They also provide wireless chargers, which is so friendly for Apple users. What I never expected was that the hotel even prepared perfume, which is too explosive. The facial cleanser, toothpaste, and shower gel are all big bottles of big brands. I couldn't believe it. I booked a room for eight days in total, and my trip to Bangkok was ten days. After I told the customer service about this, they directly let me stay for two days, free of charge💰. I was completely stunned. I can only thank you very much🙏🙏🙏, but when I left, I still couldn't help it. I packed a bottle of shower gel, toothpaste, and handmade soap and took them away. I'm sorry, boss, it's so good to use. I'm afraid it won't be so good if I go to other hotels, so I took it away. I'm very sorry😂

It's a condo disguised as a hotel. The owner is Chinese. The building requires a face scan to enter, but there's none, so you have to wait for someone to enter and then use the doorbell to enter. The built-in rooms aren't too bad, but there are a lot of problems. Overall, if you're just staying here, it's pretty good.

The condo-style room is located 1 kilometer from Surasak Station. The owner is very difficult to contact. It's a self-check-in process, requiring someone to open the door for you. Accessing the building is inconvenient because you have to scan your face. The room smells musty. We ordered a spray to eliminate the musty smell. There's no Wi-Fi, and the TV won't turn on. We sent a message to inquire about Wi-Fi and how to turn on the TV, but the owner didn't respond until the day we checked out, when he sent us a message to tell us it was time to check in. That was it.
