The hotel's location is great, not as commercialized as the areas near the Grand Palace or Chinatown. There are two 7-Eleven stores right next door, and several affordable local restaurants within easy walking distance. While the hotel breakfast selection isn't huge, it does change daily.

Am overrated hotel . Decided on the hotel because of reviews & realized that those who have written glowing reviews must have never stayed in a true 4 star hotel. This is at best a ‘ boutique hotel ‘ no more than 3 stars . Ceilings are low , rooms are small , and amenities, even tho room is for 2 adults , they provide only 1 item , like 1 glass , 1 coffee cup , 1 toothbrush. When I inquired, they replied that’s how they do it and if you need two , they will send it up ! Oh wow ! I felt like a Hobbit built the hotel . Ceilings were low . Inconvenient. Nearest BTS station is a 20-30! Minute walk away at Victory monument . It’s a tour group hotel more than anything. Avoid and looks at other hotels .

The location is convenient with lots of cheap and tasty street food right outside. However, it's incredibly noisy, making it impossible to get a good night's sleep. Even after changing rooms, it was still loud as it's right by the main road. I think the windows aren't soundproofed. Other than that, everything else was great.

If your room is near the elevated road or main street, it can be quite noisy. Since electric scooters aren't widely used yet, motorbike exhaust sounds can be very loud. The room looked okay, but when I pulled back the duvet, there were two hairs on one bed and one on the other, which made me feel like the sheets and duvet covers hadn't been changed. After turning off the lights, there was a persistent tapping noise coming from the corner of the curtains. They do offer luggage storage, which was a plus. It's about a kilometer's walk to the subway station.

The hotel is very lovely, the staffs are also very nice. Room is nice and clean. A bit far from bts station though. 7/11 is in just 2 mins walk. Overall good and worth to stay with the price.

The hotel is clean and beautiful, with a perfect accommodation space. The staff are friendly and take good care of guests. I felt comfortable staying here. Room service is good — you can request an iron or have food delivered to your room (at a very affordable price). However, the hotel is quite far from the MRT station, and the hot water for showering didn’t work as well as expected.
