I never write reviews however felt this was necessary to avoid other guests experiencing what I did. Checked in, got the key card went to my room turned the light on and was greeted by a roach the size of a coke can. Hotel refused to refund as it not their policy and offered me a free upgrade which I declined as if their is a roach in one room why not in all rooms. Do not stay here under any circumstances it is an infested rats nest. Additionally asides from the roach it is kinda dirty inside but the lady on the desk was friendly as the only redeeming quality.

I stayed at Studio Ekamai Hotel from April 11 to April 13. On April 12, a cockroach fell from the air conditioner onto my friend, and the hotel moved us to another room. However, the next night, at around 4 AM on April 13, there was another cockroach crawling on my hair. After that, we couldn't sleep at all and had to spend the rest of the night sitting in the hotel lobby. The hotel never once apologized or admitted any fault on their part. I requested compensation for the sleepless night, but they just told me to contact the booking site. I did, but the site responded that they couldn't get in touch with the hotel. It's now been over 24 hours. The reception and the manager were incredibly dishonest. This is by far the dirtiest and most disrespectful hotel I’ve ever experienced. I strongly advise others not to stay here.

Excellent for the location and the price is very worth especially for first time travellers in Bangkok. Ideal location near all the action.

The room is not very soundproof, but compared to the price and location, it is considered cheap and very good.

the room is very small, the bathroom ceiling leaked when it rained.I am not sure about the sanitation. personally I did not like it.

good location and that's about it. Every time i went down to the reception, the recepcionist was outside on a smoking break, so don't expect any amenities or additional service. It's good that the front desk runs 24 hour, but they have a strict no cancellation police, so if your plans change, don't expect any refund from them.

the room is very small but the location is very good. Good for a short term stay if you're looking for a place just to sleep. Friendly staff.

First of all the reception is not as nice as other comments described, she was so mean and even showed the “so what” face just because we showed passports pictures instead of real one but actually pictures can and all other hotel accept that without complain The entire room is so moist, like in a heavy foggy weather. The blanket and sheets are sooo undry that I think can even grow mushroom in 1 day. I’m writing this comment for I want every platform can see and understand . I knew someone looking for hotel near to bus station but there’s must be other far way better choice, choose carefully with some hotel without window.

Comfy and the concierge are friendly. Easy to navigate and the location is really good to stroll around bkk. The hotel is always clean. Worth the price!

Located between 2 BTS stations , with an approximate 10 minute walk to either station. Room looks renovated and clean but bathroom has scum that requires cleaning, condition requires a deep clean . Staff was ,’ hi , hello , here’s your keys ‘ not rude but neither were they friendly. Tiny room , it was fine for a day or two stay . You pay for what you get

On arrival the man at the front desk was friendly and helpful. After that, everything went downhill. We opened the door and were greeted by a huge cockroach on the table which I luckily was able to kill by myself. Disgusting but that’s not all, the room had a strong smell of cleaning chemicals that almost stung my nostrils and made it almost impossible to sleep. I don’t normally bother with writing negative reviews but my girlfriend and I barely slept last night. Even in budget hotels need to have some standards and they were not met here. It is close to the bus station at least and that is the main reason we stayed there for one night but I would never stay there again.
