I really loved the authentic Bangkok home vibe this hostel offers—it felt cozy, welcoming, and different from staying at a typical hotel. The room was spacious, although I didn’t realize when booking that I had chosen a shared bathroom (totally my mistake 😅).
The breakfast was simple but surprisingly delicious, and the owner was incredibly kind. They let me leave my luggage at the hostel even after I checked out since my flight wasn’t until around 11 PM, which gave me more time to explore the city.
The only downside is that the location isn’t the most convenient, as there aren’t any MRT stations or bus stops within easy walking distance. I mostly relied on Bolt and Grab to get around, but it wasn’t a dealbreaker. On the bright side, there are plenty of authentic local restaurants nearby, a few massage shops, and two 7-Eleven stores within walking distance, so it was still very convenient for meals and daily essentials.
Overall, I had a wonderful stay and would definitely recommend it to anyone looking for a cozy, authentic Bangkok experience.
