The place is clean, staffs are nice, price is acceptable even for solo traveller. But the location is not so convenient but Grab in Thai is too convenient so I don’t think it’s a disadvantage.

Hotel is newly built, everything is clean. However, the comfy bed is hard not comfortable to sleep. In the morning, the sunlight comes through window to the bed since 7am. Moreover, I have booked room with breakfast but I’m not impressed because they serve only one ABF per person, bread is not warm and I’m not full at all. I have to walk to convenience store for filling my stomach. WiFi is not convenience to connect because we have to take photo for user and password at reception.

Nice hotel. Room was spacious and clean, no smells. Staff were very friendly and helpful. I was surprised to discover they speak fluent Mandarin despite being Thai.

Had the most pleasant and comfortable stay at The Moment with my family! Staff were very hospitable and kind - they brought our bags to our rooms, our Grab food orders to our door, helped us book taxis, and more. The rooms were impeccably clean and designed with intention. The bedroom and living room separation was appreciated.
Complimentary breakfast was delicious with the most velvet-textured omelettes and seasoned tomatoes. Since this hotel just opened and didn’t have many reviews, I was initially uncertain when booking, but it was very clear that they are experienced in the hotel industry, which was made clear after talking to the owner! They also have free transportation services to sites such as The Grand Palace. There’s two different 7/11’s, each about a 4 minute walk away. Khao San Road is about a 20 minute walk or less than 10 minutes by tuktuk.
Would highly recommend this hotel for a variety of travellers, especially families!

The room was clean and brand new, the design are really good, the bed was comfortable, everything is perfect. The service was excellent, everyone would smile and it feels welcomed. The pool was nice and it’s also a salted pool:) the gym was new and clean too….. anyways, Moment would definitely be my stay for next time traveling Bangkok
