Marwin Terra Hotel

We stayed in a family room, which was very new and quite spacious. The service was absolutely excellent! We'll definitely stay here again next time!!! It was someone's birthday, and when we returned to the room at night, we found it had been decorated. It was such a wonderful surprise!

Huge thanks to the hotel for their thoughtful service! We didn't mention it was a birthday when we checked in, so it was a wonderful surprise when we opened the door! Such a sweet gesture. Thank you for your warm hospitality! The hotel is super convenient: Platinum Fashion Mall is just a three-minute walk away, and the MRT station is also just three minutes away. There's a 7-Eleven right around the corner. The only downside is that if you're staying for an extended period, there's no washing machine or dryer. You'd have to walk about 10 minutes to find a self-service laundry shop. Perhaps the hotel could consider adding self-service laundry facilities in the future! Overall, the soundproofing in this hotel is quite good. 👌 I highly recommend checking it out!

The location is excellent, just a 5-minute walk from the Airport Rail Link A7 station. The area around the hotel is very lively, with Pratunam Market and Central World within acceptable walking distance. The front desk staff automatically communicate in Chinese (after 4 days, I realized most guests were either from Taiwan or mainland China). Roselle tea and biscuits are available all day in the lobby. The room was spacious and comfortable, and fairly clean. My only minor issue was with the cleaning time: I pressed the 'clean room' button when I left at 8:30 AM, but the room still hadn't been cleaned when I returned at 3:00 PM. Then, just as I was about to relax at 3:30 PM, I noticed they started cleaning on our floor, so I had to quickly leave the room again. You can barely hear outside traffic from the room, but the soundproofing between rooms isn't great. This time, I was 'lucky' enough to have neighbors who played their TV very loudly, and I was kept awake until 2 AM by the noise. I really hope everyone can be a more considerate traveler! When we checked out, as soon as we stepped out of the elevator, the hotel staff immediately took our luggage. We wanted to weigh our bags, and as we moved them closer to the scale, the staff member immediately helped us lift them onto it – incredibly thoughtful! While waiting for our GRAB car in the lobby, as soon as the staff saw us stand up, they helped us with our luggage and loaded it into the car. The entire process truly demonstrated the hotel staff's dedication and kindness, and we were very grateful!!

The room was clean and tidy, and housekeeping cleaned it daily. Disposable toiletries were provided. The front desk had Chinese-speaking staff who helped with luggage, and the service was very attentive. However, the water pressure in the shower of my room was unstable, fluctuating between strong and weak. There was also no laundry service. Other than that, everything else was satisfactory.

It was pretty good, although the room was a bit small. There's a night market right across the street! The main thing was the excellent service! The room wasn't very big, though!

This hotel is absolutely fantastic! The moment you walk in, the pleasant aroma makes a great impression. It's newly opened this year and conveniently located right next to the airport express line. The front desk staff are warm and attentive, and some of them can even speak Chinese. One particular young man provided excellent Chinese service and was incredibly enthusiastic and detail-oriented. Facilities: There are many 7-Eleven stores, snack stalls, and local specialty shops nearby. Hygiene: Very clean, even a clean freak would approve. Environment: The decor has a Japanese-inspired minimalist and comfortable style. The mattress is very soft, and I slept wonderfully. Service: 👍 No words needed.
