Chinatown Hotel (Bangkok Chinatown Branch)

Our experience in Thailand was incredibly touching, with seamless Chinese communication and special treatment for Chinese guests. We will definitely be back again next time!

This was my first trip abroad, and after looking at several hotels online, I finally booked this one. All the research paid off! The front desk staff spoke fluent Chinese, the hotel was very clean, and they even gave us meal vouchers when we checked in. The hotel's own food was also excellent. One evening, I accidentally left 2,000 Thai Baht in my pocket when doing laundry, and the hotel staff found it and returned it to us. We will definitely stay here again. The kids were also very happy with this stay!

The interior environment was great, and the room was quite spacious with no strange odors. The bed was very comfortable, and the room was basically set up to suit Chinese customs. The best part was being able to communicate in Chinese throughout my stay, which was incredibly convenient. Thai motorbikes run quite late into the night, so if you're a light sleeper, it's best to bring earplugs. A special shout-out to the hotel's street food stall! The food was delicious and affordable, and there was no service charge.

The room hygiene was excellent, which is quite rare to find in Thailand. Chinatown is right downstairs, making it convenient for shopping, and there's a 7-11 directly across the street. Overall, the experience was good, though it's about a 10-15 minute walk to the pier.

This was the first hotel I stayed at in Thailand. The front desk staff spoke Chinese, so communication was seamless. The service was incredibly warm and welcoming, and they even upgraded my room for free! Since it's a new hotel, all the room facilities are brand new and well-equipped. Plus, they offer free luggage storage.

The hotel staff were incredibly friendly and the room was spotlessly clean. It felt like they could solve any problem you had, and some even spoke Chinese. The location is excellent – there are tons of places to eat and currency exchange offices just a short walk away. There's also a bubble tea shop across the street and it's only a 10-minute walk to the subway station. It's truly a very convenient place.

I traveled alone for the first time and stayed for 3 nights at the beginning of the month. There was a slight hitch with changing my stay dates, but I still received excellent service upon arrival. My second trip was at the end of the month with my family, and we stayed for 4 nights. The kids absolutely loved the room decor. There's an elevator, but it's quite small. Also, note that the cancellation policy states no refunds after 30 minutes of confirmation, so everyone should be aware of this if their plans aren't set in stone. The location is great, right in Chinatown, with a 7-Eleven opposite. If you're hungry at night, you can walk a few steps for food. There's also a restaurant below the hotel; they offer a 200 baht discount voucher for bills over 1000 baht, but we never used it, so I can't comment on the prices as we preferred to experience Bangkok's street food. The front desk staff can speak Thai, English, and Mandarin, making communication very easy. Overall, the service and room rates offer great value for money.

Right next to the bustling Chinatown, yet incredibly well-insulated – you hear absolutely no noise from the busy streets. The location is perfect, and the hotel is new, beautiful, and sparkling clean. We were given a stunning, spacious room with a balcony and a wonderful rain shower. Super, super clean, with incredibly kind and hospitable staff from the front desk to the restaurant and housekeeping. Everyone goes out of their way to make you feel at home. I never want to stay anywhere else when I'm in Bangkok! Highly recommended! Thank you for a wonderful stay.
