Tongpoon Hotel

The room was absolutely awful. The walls were covered in inexplicable yellow stains, and the ceiling had water marks. The air conditioning unit emitted a musty odor. In the bathroom, only tiny sachets of shampoo were provided, and there was an old wooden window I didn't dare open, unsure of where it led. The refrigerator was ancient, with mold growing on its rubber seal. While the bed was comfortably soft, and the wardrobe and TV looked new, the floor was noticeably dusty and unclean. The price was excessive for the quality offered, and to top it all off, the staff were not very polite.

Good.

Front desk staff member #18 provided excellent service. The facilities are comprehensive, and transportation is convenient.

Although the outside of the building looks old, the rooms are clean. It's close to Chula and very convenient for getting around.

Good service, room with a balcony.
