We stayed in a twin room for six nights, and I wouldn’t recommend it based on our experience. Although we knew the window couldn't be opened when we booked, we didn’t expect it to be fully covered with wallpaper. It felt like we weren’t on vacation because we couldn’t see outside at all—we didn’t even know if it was day, night, sunny, or raining. We asked the receptionist for an upgrade to a king bedroom which has the window view, offering to pay more, but she was unhelpful and didn’t prioritize us as existing guests who had already paid in full. She claimed the room type we requested was occupied and asked us to check back the next day, instead of offering to contact us if a room became available. It didn’t make sense that she didn’t know whether the room would be available or not—did she not have the check-in and check-out list for the next day? Or was she waiting for a walk-in guest? As soon as we checked online, the king bedroom she said to which was fully booked was available for instant confirmation, proving that the staff lied to us and didn’t respect our concerns. She kept insisting that the only available upgrade was a balcony room, which would cost 500 baht more per night. I won’t come here again and recommend this hotel to my friends. Goodbye.

The lady reception is very rude. Breakfast selection is limited. Showing 4stars hotel but just like 3stars hotel. Not recommended to traveller, and location is a lil far from the BTS Station. Not very convenient. No sound proof in the room. Checkout time is 12PM but TUK TUK service to BTS station is not available at that time DUE TO DRIVER IS TAKING A BREAK??! What kind of service & system is this? Asked me to wait for 1hour then i asked after 1H then asked me to wait again for 30MINS? So disappointed!!! You should ready your tuk tuk service from 12PM - 12:30PM for your check-out Guest instead. Really bad service in here!!! One & Last time here!

We would like to inform you that our hotel has only one driver, and there is no fixed break time. Typically, the situation dictates the schedule. Once all guests have checked out and there are no guests left in the lobby area, the driver is then informed to take a break.When you inquired at 12:30 PM, you were informed that the driver was on break and would be available around 1:30 PM. You kindly agreed to wait. Subsequently, around 1:30 PM, you contacted the front desk again to request a ride to the station, but the staff informed you to wait another 15 minutes, which led to your understandable dissatisfaction. We deeply apologize for this inconvenience.When you contacted us the second time and we could not locate our driver at that moment, we searched for him and found that he was unwell and vomiting in the restroom. We intended to return and inform you, but you had already left the hotel.We sincerely accept your feedback and are committed to improving our service. The room is clean and clear. The bed is very nice, suitable for rest day. But the room nearby the street. You can hear the sound from the tuktuk, motorcycle , or others. The breakfast is a small buffet.

The hotel is quite nice. It’s a 10mins walk to the BTS ratchathewi station. The bed is comfortable, the staffs are friendly.

This is One of the best hotel In Bangkok.I love it . Modern & cozy .the hotel environment & room is very nice . All The beautiful ladies at the front desk handled check-in very quickly . The hotel has a very aromatic smell that I like very much. The hotel rooms is so nice designed with very lovely pink colour chair ^^ The bed in the room was so comfortable I enjoy very good sleep . ( u must try really very comfortable) Hotel provided free tuk tuk 🛺 service from hotel to Rachathewi BTS & National Stadium MBK BTS. U can get to the hotel Get off at rachathewi BTS stations. Just right beside Asia Hotel alley go straight around 5mins . There are a lot of street food and many kind of shop around the hotel and many 7 eleven shop. High recommended 👍 And I would like to special Thanks Trip.con and This hotel offer very affordable best price That’s why I had the opportunity to experience such a great hotel. And thank you for accepting my application to change the check-in date. Appreciated 🙏

The hotel is considered clean but still got dusty, trying to wrap the floor with wet wipes very dark. The location is convenient if you are used to it by walking. They even provide free Tutuk fetch to Rachathewi BTS station (except Sun and Mon). Housekeeping and receptionist service is good. Overall the hotel is comfortable to sleep in, it is just that the room they gave us is a bit noisy in the morning because the room Is street direction.

Staying at Vela Be Hotel was a mixed experience. On the positive side, the room was stunning, with modern decor and all the amenities one could desire. However, the downside was the noise issue. Despite the beautiful surroundings, the room's location next to the soi meant that outside sounds penetrated easily. Throughout the night, the noise from guests next door slamming doors persisted, disrupting sleep and causing frustration. While the hotel's ambiance and room quality are commendable, the lack of soundproofing detracted from the overall experience. Improvements in noise insulation would greatly enhance the comfort and tranquility of guests' stay at Vela Be Hotel.

Location is very bad, very noisy and smelly. Breakfast awful and staff are not so helpful. Doesn't worth the price, i don't recommend it.

A cozy stay at Vela Be Hotel! Location is near to BTS and Siam area! You can take a free shuttle tuktuk to the BTS station or walk around 10mins. The road also has a few coffee shops to check out too!!

Very affordable hotel. Good for friends travelling if they are on a budget. Downside is, the location was quite a walking distance from the bts. And as a solo traveller it was kinda scary to walk down the street, especially at night so I had to opt for grab which is not ideal. They do provide tuktuk service to bts ratchathewi and bts national stadium but only from 9am to 6pm.. the walls are thin too so I could hear lots of noises. Its good if youre a heavy sleeper if not, its going to be hard to sleep.

If u wanna have a breast there ，waitress is hard to communicate with cause she speaks no Eng and Chinese.And i don't she talked **** in Thai and their poker face that i ve seen.It is too cap to be like a four stars hotel.So damn terrible.
