Location was convenient, within walking distance from Nana station. Breakfast was great, variety of food changes daily. Gym was great too.

Overall Rating 2/5 Location: 3/5 Upside: It's very central, very close to BTS Nana station. 15 minutes walk to both Terminal 21 and Central Embassy. Downside: Right outside of the hotel is a lot of *********** and homeless people, almost an open air *******. It's very unpleasant to walk outside in the evenings, especially for women (a lot of desperate gaze from middle-aged white male gaze). Cleanliness: 1/5 This hotel is quite dirty. The light switches are filthy. The sheets and towels are often broken and with a lot of black and blood stains. When we arrived, the stove had some food stain from the previous guests. It hadn't been cleaned for the entirety of our 14 days stay. The room service is really rushed, the cleaners don't really have time to do anything. Often they don't even empty the bins. They don't clean any table if you had things on them. At some point, my bedside table had a visible layer of dust on it. The bathroom sink also got a bit gross after 4 consecutive days without getting any wipe.  Service: 2/5 The staff is friendly, but not very helpful. Me and my partner had lunch at the hotel restaurant once. We ordered 2 coffees and 2 All Day Breakfasts. It took 15 minutes for the coffees and 35 minutes for only one All Day Breakfast. We didn't want to wait for another half an our for the food so one of us didn't eat. I'm not sure if the staff really don't speak any English or lack common sense, or potentially both. Facilities: 1/5 The interior is very tired. Many hinges are covered by masking tape and many cabinet doors don't close properly. What opened my eyes was the towels. Never in my life have I seen a bath towel been mended twice with patches and the mended part was broken again from heavy use. So many of our pillow cases had holes in them.  The hotel advertises for sofa, dishwasher, coffee maker and tea pot in all of the studio suites. Rooms 11 and 12 on each floor don't have sofas. None of the rooms have dishwasher, coffee maker or tea pot. Avoid rooms 11 and 12 on each floor. They are really small, much smaller than the 42-45 square meters they've marketed. Also these rooms have a strange enclave at the end, makes it very difficult to use. These enclaves have a small window without curtain, it brightens the entire room from sunrise every morning.  Terrible place, avoid if you can.

Very clean and neat , convenient location nearby BTS station, malls , polite staff and very good and fresh food for breakfast

Dissapointed for four star hotel, stay 2 night without housekeping cleaning room and not provide mineral water, and last day 11am room card can not use... check out is 12pm. Breakfast is too simple and taste not nice. Room is big. 10 min distance walking to nana station.

We really appreciate the high quality of breakfast provided and the small kitchennet in the living room is very useful.. The location of the hotel is within walking distance to Sukhumvit and the main shopping center of Terminal 21.
