The room is very big for family which I cannot find this big room anywhere in Pratunam area. Even though the hotel is next to the rail road but I barely hear it cause the bed was very comfy and I slept like a baby. The staff were nice and polite. Definitely come back!

I was worried about the room key being a little bent, but the staff assured me it would be fine so I continued to use it, but sure enough, it broke on the second day of my stay. The staff insisted, "Pay 200 baht for the duplicate key to be made! Until then you cannot enter the room!" When I said, "My wallet and cell phone are in the room," they clicked their tongue and unlocked the door with the master key, but I was put off by their behavior as if I had done something wrong. I have been coming to Thailand for over 30 years, but I will never stay here again. Also, the train tracks are right behind the hotel, so they pass by many times in the middle of the night with a roaring sound, waking me up in the middle of the night (lol). I gave it 1 star because it only has 1 star or more, but if there were, I would minus 5 stars.
