Your company's Trip was excellent, from the flight to booking hotels in Bangkok and Pattaya, all the way to the return flight.

Right outside is the subway station, and downstairs, it's connected to a mall with a Lotus supermarket and a bunch of cheap massage shops (and I mean really cheap – in my 15 years of coming to Thailand, this is the first time I've seen a foot massage for 180 THB. The environment is pretty basic though, and the only downside is they don't give you a separate basin to wash your feet; they just use a towel to wipe them). If it rains, you can just eat downstairs... The only minor drawback is the renovations in the morning, which start quite early and are noisy. Also, when we checked in, there was no one at the concierge. The front desk asked which bags were ours, but they never brought them up. Later, when we went out, we asked the concierge downstairs, and they said our luggage hadn't been claimed yet...

The hotel staff were very friendly, and the seafood buffet on the first floor was an excellent experience, plus guests get a 20% discount. The surrounding area has great amenities and offers fantastic value for money. I will definitely choose this hotel again for my next trip!

The staff are super friendly and provide excellent service. The room is clean and the location is great, with a direct connection to Fortune Town mall.

My experience with the hygiene here was unsatisfactory. In particular, the sewage smell that permeated the entire room was incredibly nauseating and truly miserable for all five days. The trash bin next to the toilet in the bathroom was covered in all sorts of mold and strange stains – I couldn't even bring myself to touch it. The breakfast wasn't great either... This is definitely not a 5-star hotel. It feels like a very old, outdated hotel that just had its sign changed.

The location is super convenient for getting around. The service was impressive, with smiles and excellent assistance, especially from the lovely receptionist named Rojn.
