The location is fantastic! Right outside there's a night market and it's not far from Central World either. It really exceeded my expectations. The pool is also great. Excellent value for money. I'd definitely choose this place again next time!

Nice huge family room located at the North Tower. The location of the hotel is superb - it is within walking distance to Central World, Big C, Platinum Shopping, Pratunam Night market. Basically, no need to take BTS for shopping. Eateries are abundant from local street food, fast food, restaurants and Michelin Chicken rice. My daughter says she wants to stay here the next time we come again.

Room was full of moulds. Be careful what they advertise on website vs room. Photos are more likely AI by the hotel. Also front desk is very rude, specially duty manager. They dont bother to answer your queries. They claim luxury room but they dont have a budget to even put cutlery in room. I have attached web photos vs real photos. No bed side table. Window is very small

Had a great 3 days 2 nights getaway with my girlfriends and stayed at The Berkeley. When we first arrived we were early and decided to have the unlimited Dim Sum buffet at the Chinese restaurant while waiting for our room. It was the best decision, the Dim Sum was delicious and the list was long! Room was big and we took the family room. Cleanliness okay......you can see the room has signs of age. The main complain is that the bathroom is not as bright as I would like it. The beds were very comfortable and clean which to me is the most important point! Location of hotel is good. Central world is within walking distance and so is the BTS Overall had a great time there!

Location is right in the middle of Pratunam so good at accessing to nearby malls but bad for car traffic if you wanna take taxi. Rooms were very big and nice but soundproofing was terrible - Was unfortunately placed in between 2 noisy families who were screaming, running,, ringing each other's doorbells for bout an hour since 1am. Had to call the duty manager to shut them up, which they did for awhile but people are such. Nevertheless, the hotel sent an apology letter with some fruits n cake and kept apologising everytime we met, so no blame on them at all.

Stayed at The Berkeley Hotel Pratunam, Bangkok during our New Year family trip and had a very enjoyable experience. The hotel is very family-friendly, with spacious rooms that comfortably accommodated us after long days of sightseeing and shopping. Cleanliness was well maintained, and the beds were comfortable, which is important when traveling with children. The location is excellent — close to Platinum Mall, Pratunam Market, and many food options, making it very convenient for families. Breakfast offered a good variety, suitable for both adults and kids. Despite the busy New Year season, the staff were polite, helpful, and well organized. A nice highlight was being able to experience the New Year festive atmosphere and nearby fireworks and walking distance to new year count down at CentralWorld, which made the trip even more memorable for the whole family. Overall, a great choice for families looking for comfort, convenience, and a lively New Year experience in Bangkok. Would gladly stay here again.
