Hotel Indigo BANGKOK WIRELESS ROAD by IHG

The room was quite spacious, and the welcome drink was delicious. However, the facilities are a bit old, and the TV is too small! The service also needs improvement! For example, I was still resting in my room and had only turned on the 'please clean' light. The normal procedure is to knock three times and ask for a response three times before using a key card to enter a guest's room. But here, the cleaning lady just knocked once and then swiped her card to enter my room. That's not very professional!

Really happy with this hotel! It's right in the heart of Bangkok, and the front desk staff were super friendly. A special shout-out to the bed and pillows – they were incredibly comfortable!

They promptly addressed the issue when I reported a strange smell in the room. The hotel's location is super convenient for visiting the Erawan Shrine, spas, and shopping malls. It's very friendly towards Chinese tourists, so I highly recommend it. Everyone, from their attitude to their attire, was incredibly professional and courteous.

The room is quite modern and stylish, though a bit small. It's conveniently located. I didn't get to try breakfast as I had an early flight. The rooftop pool is lovely, especially at night with the beautiful city views.

The hotel is a 5-6 minute walk from the BTS station, located in the embassy district, which feels quite safe. What left a deeper impression on me was the staff; their service was incredibly pleasant and trustworthy.

It's an older hotel with a retro design that's still charming, but the facilities are a bit dated, especially the shower – definitely needs an upgrade. The rooftop pool is a major highlight; you could spend all day there. My only complaint is that non-guests are also allowed up, which I find a bit bothersome.
