Overall, the hotel has a great location, convenient for accessing various locations in central Bangkok. We stayed as a couple in a two-bedroom suite with a living room and kitchen, with balconies in both the kitchen and living room. Each bedroom has its own bathroom. The kitchen has a kettle, microwave, and refrigerator. The stovetop doesn't work. Daily cleaning, trash removal, and linen change were provided. In our case, the pool was open 24 hours a day. Please note the hotel's policy – ​​they require a 40,000 baht deposit, which is very high compared to the cost of a 2-3-night stay. I noticed this the day before check-in and tried to negotiate a lower amount directly with the hotel and trip.com. The hotel didn't provide a clear answer, and trip.com can't change the hotel's policy. We decided to drive to the hotel and negotiate the deposit there and then. In the end, they checked us in without a deposit and didn’t ask for anything.

The address on Trip.com is correct, but the location on the map is incorrect. When searching for "PT court" on Google Maps, two locations are displayed: an incorrect location and a correct location. The correct location is along RangNam Road near Victory Monument Station, and the location near Phaya Thai Station is incorrect and cannot be reached. Also, the actual reservation seems to have been made via another site, so it takes time to confirm at check-in. It is a private lodging in one room of an apartment, with a 2LDK fully furnished room and two bathrooms and toilets, making it suitable for long-term stays of 2 to 4 people.

The transportation is very convenient, Li BRT is close, and the sanitation staff cleans it every day. There were some hiccups on the night of check-in, but it was solved...
