I had an excellent stay here. Large and clean rooms, good cleaning, polite and very helpfull and friendly staff. Very favorable rent. In addition, there is a nice rooftop swimming pool. Great facilities and close to transport and shops. I will definitely be back.

the POND is actually an old fashion cesspool. the geese never go in the water. old, run down, constant noise, trash, dead rabbits left laying for days, there are many places to stay now at good prices. it was nice 10 years ago, now its a slum. very dishonest.

It is living in natural Park in the middle of the big city.it is always Very cool and air fresh due to the greenery. Very clean and pleasant stay and service by management and staff excellent. Highly recommended. Will definitely visit again. Thank you for formidable service.

Lush greenery and birds chirping is certainly amazing in the center of the city! I like the environment of the place the fish pond and birds. The room is large and cozy and the bed is comfortable. Mr. Apituck and his team have made the place so warm. Highly recommended.

Perfect place in the middle of a green area right in the center Bangkok, Sukhumvit. The pool on the roof is cosy, view is amazing! Rabbits are jumping in the garden. Looks great and cute like a village or a jungle. The staff speak excellent English and are happy to help. Mr. Apituck is very careful. Quiet and away from the city noise. Thank you House by the Pond!
