The breakfast is excellent. The only problem is the complimentary water is a glass of bottle and are not portable.

Luggage service took half an hour, which delayed our trip schedule. Hotel with good facilities and welcoming service but the management of the business seems to be a bit unorganised and inefficient.

The hotel location is very convenient, just around 5 minutes walk from BTS Phloen Chit station. Hotel is luxurious and clean. The hotel staff are friendly and helpful. The buffet breakfast is excellent. Will definitely come again.

Service was very good and the hotel is in a convinient location. Room carpet can be cleaner and also the toilet can be sanatised more.

This hotel is very disappointing and weak. Old building, bad isolated windows (street noise was very loud), unfriendly staff with absolutely no service attitude (acting like robots without any customer orientation). Compared to other hotels in Bangkok absolutely overpriced. If visitors like to stay in a nice hotel in Bangkok, we definitely recommend not to stay in The Athenee Bangkok

Great value for money. The room was very clean and comfortable. The staff were incredibly welcoming and helpful throughout our stay. :)

The hotel was renovated that’s why I chose to stay there, good value as the location is prime

Nice hotel with nice rooms located in centralish Bangkok (near Phloen Chit BTS station).

I booked an Athenee Suite again and was very happy with the room and the Athenee Club. The only disappointment was that on check in at about 6.30pm there were a lot of guests in the queue for reception and I asked one of the staff whether I could go to the lounge for check in but was told that I had to check in at reception and he would escort me to the lounge after. It took about 20-25 minutes for me to access check in but the staff brought out a drink for everyone whilst waiting and a cold towel for me which was much appreciated. By the time I deposited my bags in the room and went to the lounge for evening cocktails there was less than 30 minutes for me to enjoy the night. As the hotel advertises private check in at the lounge and you cannot access the lounge floor without a room card for the elevator, this is false advertising. The room and bathroom were both spacious and comfortable but unfortunately they no longer supply the small UHT milk capsules but coffeemate packets which are not as effective. Despite this I will have no hesitation staying at the Athenee hotel again.

Strategic location with lots of options for nearby eateries as well as within minutes of walking to malls and BTS station.

The room was lovely as per the pictures and a good size. the service was amazing. Everyone from the doormen to the concierge and housekeeping provided excellent service with a smile. Breakfast selection was good with signature egg dishes from the chef aside from the usual options at any egg station in a hotel. I would return again for my next trip to Bangkok.

bath tub a bit small but room is beautiful and great breakfast. location is nice and calm. hotel has many great restaurants. all yummy
