The room is very very very small. There are 3 of us, and we booked a double room for 888 on Ctrip. They said that 3 people are not allowed to stay in the room and need to add 500 baht. After I added, I thought we would be moved to another room, but it turned out to be the same room. The 3 of us couldn't move at all. The curtains were opened and faced the opposite bridge, as if we were live streaming. There was no privacy at all. The toilet was broken. The room area was estimated to be less than 15 square meters. The breakfast was also very bad. There was nothing at all. This hotel is really bad. I have a problem with Ctrip now. My parents asked me why I spent more than 800 to book such a bad hotel. I really enjoyed my stay at The Bangkok Venice Suite! The hotel is very clean, the room is cozy and comfortable.
