An absolutely disgusting place rooms smell mattress are broken so as everything else too the staff is absolutely awful and the owner is deaf and mute lady who is an absolute **** couldn’t even stay a day there

The location is quiet yet within 200 meters of Khao San Road and Rambuttri Street.

The place is good and comfortable. Friendly and the place is clean..

The people at the front desl are very kind and helpful, even though they don't all speak English, but it's easy to communicate because of how kind they are. The location is perfect is you want to enjoy Khao San road, but it's very easy to get Grab/tuk tuk/bikes if you need a ride somewhere else. The room is small, but good for what you pay and quite clean. However, they don't give you toilet paper and my bathroom was a little uncomfortable: the heater didn't work, the hook for the shower head was broken so I had to hold it, the sink had hair stuck in it and it only works while pushing the botton, you can't keep the water flowing to wash your face. Overall, it's ok for one or 2 nights, but wouldn't stay longer.

good loacation if you want to stay near khaosan road but don’t want to be disturbed by the loud party noise. near to spa and temples as well. but kinda far from the train stations. but still good for cheap price. will book again next time. 🙂

Basic room for a basic price. But in the hart Koason load area.

Location is good. Quiet even very close to busy Khoasan Road. After all the partying until dawn, yiu can have a continious sleep.

The place was ok for the price we paid, it was not very clean and the wifi was not working very good. The main down of the guesthouse was the staff. When we arrived the woman at the reception was sleeping on the desk and when we woke her up she clearly seemed drunk (it was 2pm, so not even at night), she couldn't walk straight and she said no words. The other days there was another woman at the reception, every time we were going out or entering the guesthouse we were saying hello and she didn't answer once, not even smiled. We really didn't feel welcomed so I wouldn't recommend going there. The only good thing is the position, very close to khaosan road, but a little quieter since it's not exactly in that street.

Very close to Khaosan road. Very clean and neat. A comfortable stay with a helpful host. Amazing stay for the cost.

Cheap and cheerful, great location as it’s a 4 minute walk from khoasan main strip. If you’re just looking for somewhere to get your head down then it’s ideal, especially if you’re getting the lomprayah bus in the morning

Location is the central and convenient to go anywhere. But cleanliness, even I got smell from the blanket and cannot breathe well inside the room. As amenities, only have tissue paper. Nothing inside. The staff needs to be gentle when welcome to the guests. Even didn’t want to take photo inside the room 🥹🥹 might be ok for back packers. Family room is very squeeze.
