Good locations and services provided with all the friendly staff. Buggy provided to few drop off/pick up points. Free traditional costume activities and welcome drink at the poolside.

The location is not very very convenient. BUT the plus point is that they have 24hrs Buggy services that brings to and fro different places. Including the massage place , 7-11 , Phaya Thai BTS station. The room is reasonable sized , clean and nice. They have wide spread for Breakfast & dinner buffet which is good if you bring elderly and children. Overall the stay is good 😁

With the buggy service 24/7 is so much convenient. Breakfast was average, supper average. However this time stay, the wifi connection is poor especially during night time.

Me and my husband couldn’t be more satisfied with this hotel. We booked 5 nights but only spent 4 nights as our flight going back to Philippines is like 9:30 at night and we just want to make things hassle free for us without rushing to checkout (12.00 in the afternoon). Everything we need and expected are met. From the amenities, breakfast and dinner all in. Worth the price we paid. They also have free popcorn and apple juice 24/7 near their lobby. Aside from that, we appreciate their FREE tuktuk ride going to nearby areas(big c, platinum mall, central world, etc), and it is 24/7 as well drop off and pickup on the areas where they dropped you. You do not need to worry about booking your grab as well when you go to the airport as the hotel has recommendations for that. We will surely recommend this hotel to our family and friends. Also how can I forget, they offer thai costume photoshoot for FREE. Mild and Som are so nice and always there to help you put up the costume and jewelries. Super location! Helpful and kind staffs! Lovely room with all the amenities we needed for our stay. Delicious breakfast and very convenient buggy service for the guests, which the guests can use to be driven/picked up around the neighborhood. Making it so easy to visit the sights, markets, malls etc.

Lobby is small and crowded . Good breakfast. Friendly and helpful staff. Shuttle service to Pratunam market, 7-11 , nearest train station. Just Call the hotel to request pick up at drop off point each time when you wanna go bavk to the hotel. Free 15 min massage but only available and Tuesday. They provide big bottle shampoo and body wash . Lotion as well . Thoughtful enough as providing different type of glasses so that you wouldn’t mix up with your room mate.

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel and would highly recommend it to anyone looking for comfort and great service. From the moment I arrived, the staff were welcoming, friendly, and always ready to assist with a smile. Check-in was smooth and efficient, which made a great first impression.
