I’m giving it a perfect score because at this price, I simply can't deduct any points. Of course, there are some downsides. The alley is a bit deep, about 200 meters. It feels a bit like a student dorm. Upon entering the room, the scent was overwhelmingly strong. The next day, the maid didn't clean, even though I hung the 'make up room' sign on the door. So, as the scent faded on the second day, a slight odor started coming from the drain, but it wasn't severe, and those not sensitive to smells probably wouldn't notice it. They didn't check the room when I left, and there was no deposit, so check-out was quite efficient. The hotel's massage reviews said it was great, but it was actually just okay, and not particularly cheap. Of course, massages in Bangkok are a bit more expensive than in Phuket. I booked the hotel in a hurry, mainly because it was cheap, and forgot to add my child. When checking in, I saw a notice that this room type doesn't allow children. After emailing the hotel, they generously replied that my child could stay for free. The room also had a sofa bed, which was perfect. The Sukosol nearby, where I stayed the year before last, had an even smaller room and wasn't much better. The twin beds are really narrow, about 80-90cm wide. Again, at this price, it's absolutely perfect.

The rooms are new and the in-room facilities are excellent compared to other nearby accommodations in the same price range. It's a condo-style room with a sink, dishes, and a microwave. There's also a swimming pool, which unfortunately we didn't have time to use. There are two ways to access the hotel: via Rang Nam Road, look for Vieng Nua Hotel and turn in at the end of the soi, or via Ratchawithi Soi 5 (Dusit Commercial College). You can park at the school and ask the security guard for directions. Overall, I liked it.

The massage parlor downstairs was really excellent, and the location is incredibly convenient. The department stores nearby are even better for shopping than those downtown. Bangkok truly is a unique place. The swimming pool water was very clean, and as soon as we entered the room, the staff had already folded the towels into an elephant shape, which made the kids very happy. Plus, the geographical location is superb.

In general my experience was good, but the location is a bit difficult since there is a narrow street to arrive at the hotel.

Booked a suite, and it was really spacious. The only downside was the balcony didn't have much of a view. As for room cleaning, it wasn't as slow as some reviews mentioned; if you put out the sign during the day, it'll get cleaned. The location isn't super central, but it's perfectly adequate. The alley isn't dangerous at all; it's very quiet with residential areas on both sides. Overall, I'm quite satisfied.

Very good, new hotel, clean and quiet in a cul-de-sac. The pool in the middle of the buildings is clean and pleasant. The only downside is the location. If you want to walk to visit the city, you have to go through areas under construction, and the neighborhood isn't great.

Great hotel! The room was very clean, and they offer luggage storage, which was super convenient. It's located in a small alley right opposite King Power Duty Free, but don't worry, the alley isn't deep and it's well-lit at night. There are tons of street food stalls right outside, and plenty of 7-Elevens nearby. I had a really satisfying stay and would definitely come back here next time I'm in Bangkok!

Extremely satisfied! The facilities are complete, and the hygiene is excellent. The pool is beautiful, and I especially loved the small balcony – perfect for drying clothes. They even had a microwave, and the water was already chilled in the fridge, which was a really thoughtful touch. Plus, there were little elephants folded on the bed, just adorable! ☺️ I will definitely be back.

The hotel facilities were absolutely amazing. Everything was spotless, smelled wonderful, and looked exactly like the photos. The location was very convenient, with easy access to the train station and a 7-Eleven nearby. Since it's located in a residential area, there are also plenty of cafés serving breakfast within walking distance. Getting around was even more convenient because the hotel has a driveway where cars can easily pull in and turn around for pick-up and drop-off. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful—definitely a 10/10. We were also able to store our luggage after check-out, and there was a comfortable waiting area for guests who arrived before check-in. If I visit Thailand again, I would definitely stay at this hotel. Highly recommend everyone book this place!

The hotel is quite close to Victory Monument BTS Station. If you're coming from Suvarnabhumi Airport, you just need to take the Airport Rail Link to Phaya Thai, then transfer to the BTS to Victory Monument, and walk a short distance. The King Power Duty-Free shop is right outside the alley. There's also a Lotus's supermarket and a small shopping mall nearby. Next to the mall, there's a really cheap and delicious Thai restaurant! The location is pretty good. As for the hotel itself, the front desk staff can speak Chinese, which makes communication quite convenient. The hygiene is excellent; the bedding and pillows smell fresh. The room has a microwave, a refrigerator, and a balcony. The only downside is that the hot water isn't very consistent. The hotel's massage service is very affordable! The environment is fantastic, and the service is superb. A full body massage with essential oils for one hour is only 380 THB – it's the cheapest I've seen with such a great environment. I heard the bubble tea at the lobby entrance is also delicious; I'll definitely try it next time. It was a really great stay. (There are also three 7-Eleven stores on the way to the subway station).

The service was excellent, and the room was very clean and well-equipped with a microwave and a fridge. Downstairs, there's a coffee shop, a massage parlor, and a swimming pool. The location is convenient, close to the BTS Skytrain.

The hotel is located on an alley, away from car noise, but unfortunately, there's no soundproofing, so you can hear everything around you. On my last night, there was a dog barking until morning. The rooms are spacious and clean, and the swimming pool is lovely. However, the reception staff lacks experience in dealing with guests. You must arrive at the check-in time and leave on check out time, as no extra time can be granted for either arrival or departure. There's a massage center, and a small café open from 7:30 AM to 4:30 PM.

It seems by coincidence I've stayed in the same room twice. As a stopover for a short trip, the environment is generally very quiet, and there were no issues with mosquitoes or bugs, which is great.

So incredibly happy…! I didn't have high expectations, but I was so happy when I arrived! The pool is beautiful; I hadn't planned on swimming, but it looked so inviting I just had to! The disposable slippers were really good quality too! The bed was also decorated so romantically, haha! There's a massage parlor downstairs, which is super convenient! And a gym, plus shower rooms!
