Convenient travel Near the mouth of the alley there are restaurants and 7-Eleven. Clean room but no breakfast

Good hotel at a low price, clean, comfortable soft bed, daily cleaning, change of towels, 10-15 min walk to the metro and shopping center. Attentive staff. But below the 7th floor it is better not to take a room as it will have a view of the walls. Photos when booking are true.

If you have problems, this place will not accommodate you. I don't recommend it. The staff respond rudely. The staff respond rudely.!!!! I want to give this place the lowest rating possible. And not for the room itself, but for the customer focus and for the way the hotel did not meet my problem. I booked a room 5 hours before check-in and immediately asked if I could make payment upon check-out, since many hotels on Booking provide this opportunity. Since I urgently needed to send money for the treatment of my parents and I was left without money on the day of check-in. But they responded after another 5 hours!!!!This hotel does not provide such an opportunity. I asked to cancel. But they said that I had to pay a fine. I understand that this rule is written yes. But I am a traveler and all hotels in such a situation were cooperative and canceled without any problems. This hotel did not want to accommodate me with the option of paying upon check-out with a deposit and also cancel the fine if I don’t check-in. As a sign of confirmation, I am attaching screenshots of other places. where we went to a meeting without any problems and they were super great Attached is a screenshot of communication with clients. They did not greet me and answered my question in an extremely rude manner. By placing an exclamation mark, which is not an acceptable form of communication with clients

Our family wholeheartedly thanks The Cosy River team for having us tonight. Not only for their kind that they let us check-in late at night, but also for nice room they provided for us: we had a view of night (and morning) Bangkok, comfy bed and pillows and no disturbing noises during the night. The hotel is situated in quiet area with 7/11, cafes and massage parlors are just around the corner. Hands down, The Cosy River is the way to go not only for those who've staying in Bangkok just for one night but also for those who's planning ot explore Bangkok for a while. Again, thank you very much, and we'll see you next time.
