Rooms are very clean and the location is excellent. Near many local restaurants, ICONSIAM, river and other tourist attractions. Our room had a city view from the balcony, but I'm sure there are river view rooms as well. Recommended!

Good hotel near Icon Siam. A bit off bustling Bangkok. Rooms are clean & spacious. Much cheaper than similar hotels in Siam or Sukumvit. You can easily take boat tour from Sathorn or river cruise from IconSiam. Grand palace, Wat Arun is also kilometers away. I recommend this hotel.

My boyfriend and I stayed at this hotel for 9 nights. I'll say upfront that we loved everything. The 7/11 on the corner is about a 5-minute walk. ATMs are a minute away. Currency exchange offices are about a 7-minute walk. Everything is within walking distance. We needed a hotel that wouldn't take a million miles to get to the nightlife and would still allow us to get a good night's sleep. If you stay in a hotel in the center, it's unlikely to be quiet at night. Melnitsa Market, one of the most popular, is a 15-minute walk away, or about 3 minutes by tuk-tuk. In the opposite direction, you can walk to a supermarket—about 7 minutes. By tuk-tuk, both ways in Pattaya are about a 7-minute walk. A taxi to the center cost us 75 baht. Nearby, below the hotel, there are massage parlors, shops 🪴🍵, and everything else your heart desires. The hotel has a sauna, gym, swimming pool, and jacuzzi. The hotel provides towels for the pool and beach. The buffet is excellent. They clean the rooms every day—it's not perfect, but everything is basically clean. They also leave water and toiletries.

It was great! We arrived early, and the front desk staff checked us in early. The deposit was 500 baht per day. The room was spacious, clean, and well-equipped. There were plenty of restaurants in the residential area near the hotel, including two 7-Elevens. It's also not far from ICONSIAM. I'll book here again next time.

The room was very clean, the floor was wiped very clean. The room was a little hot on the top floor, but everything else was very good. The location was very convenient, and it was very convenient to eat, massage and shop around. There are two 711s at the entrance of the alley.
