Overall, it was excellent. The room was spacious and comfortable, and it's close to the subway station. There are plenty of convenient options for dining and massages nearby, and it's very close to Central World for shopping. The breakfast was bountiful, and the room was clean. The shower gel smelled particularly good; I wanted to ask where to buy it but found out it was a hotel exclusive. The cleaning lady was very polite and enthusiastic, and the front desk staff were also very welcoming. There's a 7-Eleven downstairs. There's a slight sound of doors closing due to the soundproofing.

The room was great and cleaned promptly. The bathroom was quite clean. It was a city-view room. The top floor has a swimming pool and a bar; the infinity pool is beautiful. The gym isn't very big but has weight training equipment and treadmills.

Pros: 1. Great location, within walking distance to the subway station and the EM shopping district. However, if you're taking a taxi, be prepared for heavy traffic; a motorbike taxi might be a better option. There's also a street nearby with many massage parlors. 2. The front desk staff are welcoming, and room service is prompt. Cons: 1. The room is a bit small, and the bathroom is average, with basic toiletries. 2. Breakfast offers limited choices and the taste isn't great. 3. The rooftop infinity pool is quite small, and you can't sit at the adjacent bar without ordering something.

This hotel's location in Bangkok is super convenient, I really liked it. Even without tipping, the housekeeping staff neatly folded my clothes, which is just as good as the service you'd find in hotels back home. Plus, the free gym and pool on the top floor are a nice bonus.

This is a typical All Seasons Hotel, exactly what you'd expect in China. The room isn't huge, but the view outside the window is quite nice. We booked it over Chinese New Year, and it cost over a thousand yuan, which was pretty expensive – not great value for money. It's quiet, and getting to the subway is convenient. However, the traffic is absolutely terrible, and the road right outside the hotel is frequently jammed.

Overall, it was a good experience. The location is convenient, and the rooftop pool bar is definitely worth a visit; it's quite peaceful.

Sharing the building and restaurant with the Ibis downstairs, the rooms here are much better. The breakfast is excellent, with a great variety and delicious food. There's a 7-Eleven on the first floor, and outside, you'll find a park, a metro station, and the EP ES mall. It's also very close to the SW1 night market.

Check-in was a breeze, and the front desk staff were really friendly. The 7-Eleven next door was well-stocked, which was super convenient. Plus, there were a lot of Chinese guests staying there, and the location was great for getting around.

Great location, close to the subway station, which made getting around super easy. The room itself was pretty good, but the downside was that we had to wait until almost 2 PM for check-in. Not ideal when you've had an early morning flight. Also, they didn't provide toothbrushes, combs, or slippers in the room. On the positive side, the breakfast was quite nice!

The hotel's location is incredibly convenient. There's a Starbucks right across the street, and if you enter the mall next to Starbucks and go up to the second floor, you can directly access Phrom Phong BTS station. The EM district, with tons of shopping and dining options, is right by the station, which is super handy when traveling with kids. There are also many Thai massage shops around the hotel, perfect for massage lovers. The front desk service was excellent. When checking in, they patiently asked for our exact departure time. Upon learning we'd be checking out at 5 AM, they proactively offered to prepare breakfast for us in advance, as their breakfast usually starts at 6:30 AM. We thanked them, but since there's a 7-Eleven right next to the hotel, getting breakfast was very easy, so we didn't take them up on the offer. The only slight disappointment was the daily housekeeping. On the first day, the room was well cleaned, but I admit I forgot to leave a tip. On the second day, I left a 50 baht tip on the pillow before heading out, but when I returned at 3:30 PM, the room hadn't been touched. I was in the room until 4:30 PM when someone finally knocked and asked if I needed cleaning 😂. On the third day, no one came to clean at all. Overall, the room was very clean, though it was a bit small. Given the competitive price and excellent location, I think it's acceptable.

Perfect location close to BTS (5 min walk), massages, medi clinics, shopping and food with 7/11 at the ground floor. Comfy cozy rooms. The breakfast buffet was tasty with different options daily. If you want bacon you must order from the staff. The staff are welcoming, friendly, and professional. Easy to get in and out if you have a car or order a grab taxi. Highly recommend!

The hotel's location is super convenient, really close to the subway station. The staff even folded us a little swan or maybe a dinosaur – it was adorable! 😊 And the rooftop pool and bar are great too!
