Overall is good. Comfortable bed, location is great, near to morning market. Front desk service is good.

Not worth to stay at this hotel. Staff is very rude. Location out of no where, only have a 7 eleven opposite

Located within an 8-15 minute walking distance from Platinum Mall. The area has many massage shops nearby and is directly opposite a 7-11 convenience store.

I stay twices here . Such a good hotel & convenient opposite got 7-11 , massage , spa , food , n near to pratunam market. All staff was so friendly & the pretty sister at tour counter also very friendly n nice . I will be back again !!

The bathroom is well done up but the shower is covered in mold, the room is large enough as we asked for a suite, but it was done nothing like a suite. There isnt even an iron or ironing board or even kettle in the room. even the fridge is on the floor They use espensive single seater sofa and chair but it was done up badly. This is a budget hotel that where you just go back and sleep and not spend any time in the hotel. For the price I paid, and given this is Thailand, I expected a bit more. There are bed bugs on the pillow, you can refer to the photo. The breakfast choice is not really good. maybe they expect the guest to eat out. They give you a balcony but they used screw to lock down the sliding door making it not openable. The thing that makes me most uncomfortable besides the bed bugs is the side door, and the door joining to the next room. These 2 doors are locked using keys but there is no way to lock the door from the inside, meaning anyone with the keys can enter your room from these 2 doors and you have no way to prevent it. Unlike other hotels where you have a door knob that only you can open on your side of the door and a lock to lock other doors that have access to your room. I kept worrying that there is someone opening the door from the outside at night during my stay. it feels like the owner constructed the hotel budgetted the reno for the standard rooms and forgotten to budget for the suites. it is nothing like the photos.

Service was great. Cleanliness so so. Room is quite big for the price I paid. Unfortunately there was a little centipede crawling out from our bathroom during our visit :(. Might be unlucky for me.

Clean and convenient, with luggage storage available. There's a 7-Eleven right in front of the hotel, and many massage shops nearby.

Got check-in to the corner room. The room layout was super weird, it’s not flat and square. The balcony door couldn’t lock despite trying for multiple times. Was abit frightening staying at level 4. There was stain on the blanket and during room keeping, the cleaner didn’t bother to change new blanket but instead just turned to another side. Location wise, there’s 7-11 right in front of the hotel so it’s convenient for supper. But it’s hard to get bolt, the average waiting time took 20mins maybe because there was construction in main road. One thing was the tv will turn on itself so it was super daunting. First and last stay.

A lot of good foods nearby. Worth booking here. Just that no counter staff at midnight
