Staff were helpful and professional. We had a nice stay and the beds were comfortable. Hotel was near the train station and we could take the train during peak hours to avoid the traffic jam.

Very friendly service. The host goes out of her way to ensure you comfort. One night she took us out for basketball. As a muslim I can’t eat non-halal meat. She made a way to get me a vegetarian meal. She truly cares for her guest. The beds are very comfortably. Vicky, the other young lady who works at the desk is really nice too. If I ever return to Bangkok, I will stay at Happy Station again.

Probably one of the best hostels I've stayed at. Comfy, bigger than average beds, really clean, and super convenient. Right at the MRT to get anywhere you need but still down a quiet and peaceful street. Staff were super helpful as I got in after 1am on a delayed flight as well. Will definitely stay again next time in Bangkok!

There is a shortcut from the MRT station, so it's fine even on hot days. The staff are all smiling and very kind. The building is sturdy and has good sound insulation. The rooms are clean, of course, and the beds are very soft, so you can sleep soundly. There is a safe, and you need a padlock to use it. I would like to stay at this hotel again.

I felt good as soon as I entered the hotel. The service attitude is good. There are table tennis, card games, etc. in the lobby. When I got to the room, it was pretty good. The room was big. My friends and I felt that we had booked the right hotel. There was water replenishment every day. It's convenient to take a taxi outside the door, and you can walk to 7-Eleven in 2 minutes. I like it.

The hotel is okay, not as sparklingly beautiful as in the pictures or reviews but just enough for the price. I booked room 4, with 2 sinks, separate WC and bathroom so it's quite convenient. The staff was very nice, but when checking out, the staff mistook my room for another room and made the towels and bed sheets dirty, so they emailed me to charge me a very high penalty fee without double checking. I remember correctly, it was more than 2,000 baht for 2 towels and 1 sheet, higher than the room I booked. I emailed an apology later, but I still had an unpleasant experience after checking out. The hotel should have checked the room when I checked out. Anyone who books this hotel should ask the receptionist to check that everything is okay before leaving.
