The design of this hotel is excellent, whether in appearance, lobby or room. The only disadvantage (maybe an advantage for some people 😄) is that there are bars all around, which makes it very noisy at night. Also the room is small but comes with cheaper room rates. If you need a bigger room, you should select 5 stars or higher room rates hotel.
The front desk staff is excellent, and also humane management teams, and the shower room water pressure is very strong. You can enjoy comfortable shower time.
I love to stay at this hotel.

Strategic locations to take public transportation and there’s a few bars around the area. There’s a water dispenser on every floor though it only dispense cold water

Hotel are near to BTS station Nana and walking distance to Terminal 21 Shopping mall. There are plenty of eateries and restaurants around.
However, the walls between hotel rooms are pretty thin; as there are noises like door closing, water tap running and etc. And my room are along the main road; where there are music, singing voices which can be heard.
Otherwise, the room are value for money. Overall, the room are acceptable and well-kept.

Good 4-star co living hotel. Note the word “co-living”, therefore do not expect a typical 4-star hotel experience.
Rooms are cleaned every alternate days. Items such as toiletries are available over the counter. There is a no bottled water in each room but there is a water dispenser in each floor
Place is new, clean, and gives off a young vibe. Location is fantastic as it is only 3 mins walk to Nana BTS. Lots of pubs nearby to watch football or chill.
Soundproof isn’t that great, hence occasionally you can hear your neighbours talking.
Overall, it is still a good stay.

The location’s perfect. It’s super close to BTS Nana station. Just a few minutes walk. If u stay longer they’ll clean your room every 2 days. Some amenities need to ask from front desk just as toothpaste and comb. Lucky they had hair dryer in the room. Staff at the front desk’s super nice and the check-in’s very fast. What’s missing’s slipper. I had to walk on barefoot during my stay. And bottle of water. Have free refills water tanks at the hallway but we’re concerned about cleanliness so we decided to bought a bottle of water from 7-11 instead.

Initially I give 2 stars but after their reply I give 1 star will be more appropriate.
To the owner- I don't talk to your staff about the issue is bcos no matter what I can't get a full refund if I want cancel on 1st day and the bathroom door you can't change it. So what's the point?
Your partner or yourself didn't specifically state that there will be a big gap of the toilet door when slide to WC or shower right? That's why I'm showing it for you here.
Your hotel concept is basically a hostel concept. Yet here stated 4 STAR HOTEL. If you don't want downgrade to put hostel in your name then at least put coliving hotel!
Don't misrepresent!
Not for traveller who wants a standard hotel room. As the room does not come with TV and fridge and the most stupid design is the toilet door. WC and shower is separate cubicle but the door is shared and the door does not close completely, there's a gap so if you poo inside your roommate gonna faint 😅😅😅.
Don't get misled by the colorful wall and forget the basic needs.
*note- cleaning on 2 days 1 time. Not everyday
Read some of owner reply to bad review. Clearly the owner don't know that it is not clearly promoted or advertised of what owner explained. So to the owner please instruct all your partner booking to state clearly what is this coliving hotel providing so example me will not book it.
Only thing good is very near Nana BTS

This is an excellent budget hotel with a fantastic location and useful amenities like an arcade, laundry machines, water dispensers, and a kitchen. The only drawback is the street noise due to its central location, as you can clearly hear the music from nearby bars. It could be an issue for light sleepers, but otherwise, everything else is great!
