Reviews of Arte Hotel

Hotel is in a good location down the street from terminal 21 and in good distance from shops and a couple of 7/11 shops. The hotel it self is clean and the staff are very friendly and always great you, didn’t have the breakfast so can’t comment on how the breakfast is. The room is a good size and clean. The hotel also has a gym which is a good size and has some decent weights for a decent workout.

Convenient location about 5mins walk to Asok BTS and Terminal 21 shopping mall. Spacious Room and nice Rooftop pool. Helpful and friendly staff. Highly recommended.

Nearby to bts and mrt station, good service, room wasnt very good at sound proof

The service was great — the staff were friendly, attentive, and always willing to help. The facilities were clean and well-maintained, which made the stay very comfortable. I also enjoyed the food; there was a good variety and everything was well prepared. Overall, it was a pleasant experience and I would recommend it.

Probably my 6th or 7th time staying at this hotel, receptionist Oil is very friendly and after numerous visits easily recognizes me as I check in. Coming back again in April, definelty my first choice visiting bkk

Really good, clean, near to city center, good location, very nice pool.

Front desk staff were friendly and the location was really nice. Yet the room cleanliness was horrible, the housekeeping staff was very careless and lazy. I stayed for 5 nights in total and the bedsheets were never changed. The disposable in-room slippers were not replaced once even when it's obviously broken. Countless flies and mosquitoes inside the room and we had to keep killing to protect ourselves from bites. No soundproof at all that we could clearly hear banging doors, laughing and chatting all day long. What's even worse is there were even water leakage in the toilet. Really terrible experience.

overall very comfortable and the neighbourhood is good. when we stayed, there was a construction going on. the construction noise was a bit annoying. pool was clean and nice. rooms could use a bit of renovation, but it doesnt mean that it is in a shabby state. 

I had a pleasant stay at Arte Hotel Asok Bangkok. The room was comfortable and overall I really enjoyed my time here. However, the bathroom was not very clean I found a toothbrush and a shaver cap left behind by the previous guest in the shower, which was a bit disappointing. That being said, I truly appreciate the service here. The staff are warm, attentive, and professional, and their excellent service easily made up for the shortcomings. I would definitely come back because of how wonderful the service is.
