Beautiful hotel with a unique decoration but limited amenities. Our suite was basically two connected rooms with a bed in each and two bathrooms plus two small showers. Bed was very comfortable but room had no soundproofing so it’s ideal for light sleepers . Service was top notch and staff went above and beyond for us.

Wonderful boutique hotel! Very friendly service. Purely. Beautiful interior. It's like a mini-museum. The staff is just great! We are ready to help with everything 👍 breakfast to choose from (Thai, Chinese, English, Mexican). Everything is delicious 👍

Very exquisite little shop, the breakfast is especially good;

It is a hotel near Khao San Road. The service is good, they seem to take good care of customers. The room is nice, vintage, contemporary Chinese style. But the disadvantage is that there is no parking.

A new small but beautiful hotel. The soft furnishings and atmosphere are in place. Breakfast is when you check in. You can choose your favorite set meal and approximate meal time, and the kitchen will prepare it in advance. The deposit is in cash or passport. Overall, the experience is very good, different from the crowded feeling of resort hotels or traditional group hotels. This time I didn't bring children, if I bring children, it should not be suitable.

I have not stayed in many hotels in Bangkok. This hotel is not a star-rated hotel, but it has the best experience. The renovation of a 140-year-old house has a sense of story. The owner carefully designed and arranged it, just like in a medieval fairy tale world. , the food is also exquisite and delicious, I love it so much

We booked this hotel after reading all the amazing reviews it had. We were not disappointed at all. The rooms are all themed & beautifully decorated. The breakfast is plentiful, with lots of choice on offer, leaving you very full. We hope to stay again should we come back to Bangkok. It is located down not too far from lots of cafes, & bars, with lots of different t food styles to choose from. We walked to the Grand Palace only about a 30 min walk away.

We loved our 5 night stay at De Phanakron! The interior is lovely and an experience in itself. Service is great and breakfast is huge and lots to choose from. De Phanakron is a short walk from the river, and we used river boats a lot - as well as canal boat. Fantastic way to get around to the most important sightseeing spots and to to cool down.

A marvellous hotel in the old town of Bangkok. Very small boutique hotel. We are a family of 5 (3 teenagers) and stayed in their family suite. Worked perfectly for us. The breakfast is also amazing, they organised everything including pickup and drop off to airport. The staff were so nice and accommodating- the level of service is amazing! Highly recommended. Also lovely restaurants nearby (one we visited 3 times) and walking distance to a number of attractions. Highly recommended!

De Phanakron is a very nicely tucked away hotel located in a very old historical neighbourhood of Bangkok. The interior designs dates back to several timelines in Thailand's history. Each rooms offers a glimpse into the different eras of Thailand. The owner and the staff members of the hotel are also very kind and friendly. They will also be more than happy to provide you with information about neighbourhood, the room designs, the different eras in Thailand all the way to the inspiration of certain design choices of the hotel. Furthermore, the hotel also offers a very comfortable stay with very fresh and delicious cuisines. I therefore highly recommend this hotel if you're ever in Bangkok and looking for a comfortable stay with both historical and cultural background. :-) I will certainly be coming back to try out different rooms in the future! :-)

The staff are friendly and welcoming, the Manager (Tarco?) couldn’t do enough to assist with recommendations and suggestions. The hotel is pretty eclectic and quirky by Western standards but that just adds to its amusement and charm. It’s located in a good ‘old town Thai’ area, or that’s the vibe anyway with good restaurants, bars, everything you need really. Breakfast was good, great choice. Rooms all very clean. Although my only slight niggle is that there wasn’t a lot of space for guests to hang clothes because most of the space was given up to the hotels interesting display cabinets! That said, we had a brief stay to recover from flying before heading elsewhere so didn’t need to unpack, so overall we would recommend.

We Love this place!! Its a must see- and the stuff are so nice and helpful! The room we had was amazing so cozy and clean. And the rasaurants around are very good and close. I had a wonder stay at the De Phanakron Boutique Hotel. The staff members were remarkably helpful. The breakfast (I opted for the Thai option every morning) was filling and delicious. The room was really cool - a tea-room theme. Clean, comfortable bed, great air-conditioner and bathroom. Location is really neat - on a quiet side street in the old city. An easy walk to some nice attractions, including the river and the “hop on - hop off” boat.
