Hotel staff is amazing. Getting away from the hotel for a stroll is a bit hard. Right in front of Airport railroad. Perfect for the last day/night in Bangkok.

Excellent hotel – great price, quality, service, and a welcoming atmosphere. The restaurant and gym are also good. The only issue is that it's at least a 15-minute walk from the station, and there's no sidewalk, so walking feels like an adventure. Honestly, only the location is a bit of a drawback; everything else is excellent.

Amazing breakfast! The room was clean, and we were given a very quiet room, which made our stay even more comfortable. Transportation to and from the ARL station and the 7-Eleven was conveniently arranged by the hotel's shuttle bus. The service was incredible, every staff member was attentive and very detail-oriented. They were also quick to provide us with an extra mattress as soon as we requested one, which we really appreciated. A special thank you to all the staff and especially P'Yod, P'Em and P' Tae for the 11 p.m. late-night shuttle run and for patiently waiting right outside the 7-Eleven for us. We truly appreciated your kindness and excellent service. Thank you for making our stay so comfortable. Highly recommended!
