An oasis in a buzzing city. Location is a bit remote, but the boat shuttle compensates. There was a conference during our stay but the resort never felt too busy. Food was amazing, we were spoilt for choices from the breakfast and diner buffet. Room is a little tired in some areas and could use some refreshing, but that didn’t impact our stay.

This is the third time I stayed in Anatara Riverside Bangkok. The experience is just as amazing as expected!! My family enjoyed the comfortable bed, relaxing swimming pool and delicious breakfast. Will certainly come back again!! One minor room for improvement is that the lighting system in the room is a little bit too dim, especially in the bathroom.

My stay was in 14-18 October, paid in full for confirmation of 4 nights on 1st August 2024, requesting 2-bedded room in higher floor, but I was arranged to stay on 3rd floor, with the highest level 7th, it doesn’t make sense at all!! I was told there was no available room on upper floor, but it was the low season!!
The balcony is quite small, unlike what was shown on the website, and full of dust.

The food was great!!! the buffet breakfast changes everyday and it was very yummy.
Super friendly staff with great hospitality.
Feeding the cat fishes from the bridge was fun.

We love this hotel sooo much.So beautiful and lovely views and boat ride.the staffs are soooo attentive to details.They provide birthday cake with glass dome cover and not a plastic wrap like most hotels.They even fold our left clothes when we were out and kept room tidy.They even gave 2 glass bottles to drink when we check out.We love the place so much and miss so much. Defintely recommended.A gem in bangkok.And staffs follow u till you are in your taxi and wish you.wow!

Paying nearly an extra $1000HKD for the room with a balcony but it is really small and looks different from the photos. The wooden working table also has a moldy scent that shouldn’t be accepted as a five-star resort. Generally not recommended to stay at this hotel even the services are good.

A real resort at Bangkok. Very relaxing and refreshing. I would recommend for those old couples like me who wish only to find a place to retreat. A bit far from the city centre. But I love travelling by the shuttle boat to iConSiam shopping mall and the BTS station.

Nice hotel on the riverside of Bangkok, courteous staff and well maintained place.
Our room was facing a parking lot, and view is not great, ceiling is low give you the feeling of darkness, and we didn’t feel cosy or holiday’s mood…
The low tide of the river make the hotel surroundings smelly muddy, kind of annoying if you are by the pool. Hotel staff can’t do anything about it, but you must have it in mind.
Breakfast is big and many choices.
We didn’t use the shuttle boat as it was raining during our stay.
Just in front of the hotel, there is a small mall with foods and snacks and 7/11…
Satisfied but we won’t come back because of the smelly of the river.

We are not happy with the reception side, booked about one month plus and when check-in, told by them that the resort is fully booked and give us two single bed (our booking is 1 king size bed) when having shower all the water over flow all over the place, my wife nearly fall so asked to change room, they changed, still problem remain, same reason fully booked unable to do so and the resort is over crowded with guests. Breakfast is not very good, will not come back to this resort again, very disappointed.
