The furnitures and fittings are abit old in the room, location abit off from amenities. Customer service was ok.

Yes this accommodation is quite nice & not too far from the underground station,Bumrungrad Hospital 🏥 & the city centre.

Hotel is a bit old. Service is good, location is okay if you take cabs to get around otherwise not many shops for tourists

I stayed at this hotel, which is just a 15-minute walk from the subway station, and I was pleasantly surprised. The service was top-notch, the rooms were spotlessly clean, and the best part was the reasonable price. I'd definitely recommend it!

Hotel is located in the middle of nowhere... not new anymore. It's hard to operate AC, also in my room (22fl executive) was hard to control shower water temperature - not stable. Easy to walk to the airport express station.
Coffee during the breakfast - poor.
Generally not bad not good.... just so so.
I will not back anymore.... a lot better options in BKK

We travel 3 adults and arrived at midnight. We had called the hotel to confirm an extra bed. But they only prepare it after we arrived and need to wait quite a while when aldy exhausted. The front desk staff is kind and nice & informed us that only smoking rooms avail. Cannot do anything except to accept. Room was very hot eventhought on max temp. Had informed that came for birthday celebration but nothing was prepared. Kinda sad since they are 5 stars hotel. The concierge very nice and helpful tho. For next stay I might think thrice if want to stay at the hotel or not....not living up to their brand and star ratings
