We enjoyed our stay here. Great location and great view from our balcony. My only concern was they only gave us one key card. I had a late night with friends so I went home late and my husband was already asleep. I requested for another key card but they didn't give me one. Instead, they opened the door for me.

There is no doubt about the beautiful hotel and clean. And being on the main road, there is no tension and great wall wallpaper colure everything like good.

Nice people at the reception 10/10. I personally prefer the junior suite to the executive or premium. Junior: bed side lamps, sockets by the bed, dresser with bigger mirror, toilet divided with glass. Executive: microwave, curtain diving the toilet, a very small mirror. The hotel needs to get a better wifi and also develop the gym. In general, I enjoyed my stay and will highly recommend it.

The hotel is located near the bar street. It is very cost-effective. There is a swimming pool. The gym is relatively old. There are many snacks nearby. Overall it is very good.

Well its as you would expect for the price point. Location is still a perk but needs tk renovate soon…;)

The reception staff is very bad service. I booked the hotel 30 minutes before arrival. When I arrived, the staff said they did not see my booking (I understand that I have to wait) but I waited for a long time but they did not care about me. They made me wait for a long time then checked my booking again and said they just saw my booking 10 minutes ago which means the booking came while I was waiting but they did not care. After that, the staff gave me a room informally. I heard them say that they gave me the room because I was staying for only one night (but I did not stay for only one night, I was staying for only one week). I mean they gave me the room like they did not want to serve me but the room was not bad. The room did not have a hair dryer so I asked the reception staff. They acted like they did not want to serve me. They treated me like I was staying for free. Everything was good except the service of the staff and the room is located on the road so it is noisy because of cars.

The room was a decent size with a nice little balcony. The water pressure in the shower was terrible and the service wasn't great. Overall decent fo the price but wouldn't recommend if you have a little more to spend.

Nice big rooms lovely service

I love the size of the room and the balcony. The building is older and could benefit from some renovations, the bathroom especially. I was glad the shower was hot and the bed was comfortable. The staff could clean a little better but it was manageable and not extremely dirty. I wish the lighting was better in the room and bathroom. The pictures are outdated and a little misleading. But the building was quiet and in a good location to get around the city. I enjoyed being able to watch a few random things on tv. All of the staff were friendly and helpful. I appreciate the front desk to allow me to use the microwave. I would recommend this place to friends and I would stay here again.

The room is clean, spacious, the room have a little living area and a small dining table, but some of the wall cover are coming off the wall. The building is kinda old they are still renovating the ground floor so it’s kinda chaotic. The swimming pool is very dirty, it seems like they didn’t clean it for long time. Nice and accommodating staff. They have gym but no one is using it. The location is ok just take a motorcycle to get to the nearest bts station. This hotel is ok to stay for a couple of days. The hotel is quite but you can hear the noise in the corridor.
