Staff are very friendly, overall the hotel is very clean.
Love the lobby display, the reception area is spacious. We are surprise with their welcome drink.it’s very easy access to any where. Lots of good food around. Just short walking distance to reach shopping mall and train station.

PS it’s a shopping mall for all needs just below the hotel. Super convenient.

Always chooses Centara watergate whenever we visited Bangkok for the location and the bellman services. The front of the hotel has been renovated with brighter lights of the hotel name and a few new faces of securities men. Receptionist was nice to accommodate to my city view requests upon arrival. Room has shown worn off, bedsheet slightly stained with stubborn stain. The back of the wall frame was dusty, but not a hindered to my stay. Walking distance to big c, pratunam mall, Erawan shrine, central mall. Room daily clean, overall a happy stay. Would definitely come again.

Spend 6 night here but stayed 3rd night sudden have small cockroach crawling on the pillow shocked me and they changed room for me. On the 4th or 5th day, I saw 1 cockroach at the starbuck bar there which infront of reception there and told the male manager, but the manager know it and just smiled at me? OMG.
Overall the hotel appearance is nice, location wise still okay to me. Staff is nice and have people everytime there to help u press lift and also keep help u open door close door when u call for car.
Hope they can improve their cleanliness and pest control on cockroach. ☺️

We got a pleasant stay at Centara Watergate pavilion hotel bangkok. We satisfied about their efforts to deliver our request. All staffs are friendly and welcoming to guests, nice services as always. But one thing is that hotel doesn't have swimming pool. Available for gyms and relaxation area nearby lobby. Location is the one of the best spot in town of Pratunam area, so it is really convenient for shopping and exploring. Overall, it is a good experience for our stay and we'll go back again.
