Location: convenient just right opp platinum and walkable to pratunam. Lots of massage nearby hotel.
Cleanliness: very Poor. Requested for housekeeping, not clean. They only change new towels, replenish shower amenities and arrange bedsheets. They did not even bother to clean up the dirt and mess in the shower area. Hair is still lying everywhere in the toilet. Shower area was clogged with hair and housekeeping did not clean. I have to clean up my own. Lots of mould and bacteria in the shower area. Housekeeping don't even bother to wash the area.
Service: Lobby counter service is quite slow as this hotel is crowded with patrons. Lobby counter service average as we have big group of ppl and they manage to upgrade 1 room for our family due to overbooking.
Housekeeping respond service is very poor. We requested for an item and it took them 30mins to come back to us.
Lift service: there's 3lifts, we have to wait around minimum 10 to 15mins every morning and every evening. Lift service is very slow even though it's crowded with people.
Complimentary drinks: there's complimentary water, coffee and tea at the lobby area, but only available from 10am till late afternoon. It's closed during evening.
Bed is OK, pillow is too soft, next day experience neck pain due to soft pillows.
Our room air-conditioning is not cold enough. Noisy and not cold.
I will not stay at this hotel anymore.
